I can see this landing somewhere between Vlad's cape and the jetpack in terms of mobility. In that sense I honestly think it's one of the more useful items. But it would definitely compensate this with being extremely finicky to use

This probably makes it a little easier to steal the idol in the jungle level if you can just hover and stuff.
