A first take look into my creative process…composing beats and improvising over them. It’s a flow state exercise thru which i work on dexterity and hand muscle toning while also practicing surrendered relaxed alertness and steping inside the receptive blank mind inner posturing towards the source of all creativity - the cosmic muse. In doing so, melodic ideas and themes emerge on their own calling to be developed and polished into their own eventual songs, jams and compositions. This is the first pass run through of some new drum tracks followed by a remastering and the addtion of some additional effects and filters. I think it makes well enough for enjoyable working as it stands. I hope you enjoy! (Had buckets of fun creating the accompanimg visuals)
