Wsp t great video. Nice work, I’m from Oakland not too far from San Jose. I bought your program and I’m learning a lot from it!! I’m going to start my own company soon and slowly but surely I’m going to work myself to the top to become a general contractor!!
These days that probably added $100k to the house value because City folk have begun realizing how much of a scam renting in the city is and are desperate to pay cash for nice home 😬 Feels like every month on Zillow my property value goes up a few thousand this past year. And every week a house on my street goes up for sale a higher price than the last one and is instantly bought same day! Haha.
@@Luckingsworth I live in a mobile lot and my neighbor just sold his dbl wide for 80k on the internet it was listed at 87k needs roof 20 years old no curb appeal No Central Ac probably original plumbing lol...our is so much nicer and we got it in 2018 for 33k🤣 prices are stupid crazy
Amazing video!!! but can oyu explain the process in detail and tips and tricks? for example, how far did you dig? how much sand and rock chips you put?
@Jordan Paul Did I miss something or did you see a reason to install a permeable paving system or even as you say a drainage system in general or maybe you know something about there being water issues on that houseParticularly upfront? Please enlighten me as I am very interested nor am I taking anybody side in the matter ...... correct is what I’m looking for and reasons Thanks in advance
I am currently a landscape gardener based in Melbourne Australia. I launched my business 6 months ago and I am making more money than ever before but I want to take it to the next step. I do mostly soft landscaping, but it looks like hardscaping is where the money is at. Any tips on how to get into this field? Cheers Al
a well compressed hard pan, well compressed road base and properly levelled sand with well placed locked in product will outlast concrete or pavement by a hundred years. look around the world where people have been living at lot longer than the US and you will see what I mean.
I might of missed it, but did you compress the base sand/material under the walkway? Or do you skip that process since there isn’t going to be a considerable amount of weight on the walkway?
I just bought a house here in the city and I would like to know if anyone can repair and patch concrete surfaces on my driveway hope you can handle it and what area do you services too?
Nice video T!! So i have a question do u follow a pattern when installing pavers or do u put it in at random as long as u break the joints? Ive been told to do both by different ppl i have worked with. Thank you
Depends on your paver, if you have a 2000 sqf job, and there is a pattern to follow, the place where you buy it will give an approximate amount of what you need.
Should have shown the sidewalk with excess concrete removed from along sides where it extends 4 to 6 inches into the planting beds. Job not finished until it's finished.
FYI, this way of doing it would never last in a place with winters and rain like PA. it would need way more digging and use of bigger drainage stone. I hope you found someone who would do it properly for your area.

Did the program help you a lot ? I m thinking on do it.
I live in bay area. I’m looking for someone to install paver .
Great work! That $15k job probably added double that to the resale value of the home if not more. Curb appeal is everything!
Def did.
15 with material? Pavers must have been like 5k

Double?
Those pavers looks amazing. Good work.

Good job! Installed square with the house and matched your interlock lines around that walkway! Quality boys!
I like it. Except the walkway I would want it 2 times wider
Agreed
nice. would love to see more details on what you did to install drainage.
driveway and walkway has a slope going away from the house.
@Jordan Paul 😂correct

Would have liked to of seen how that porch was done.
I like how they did the turn with the cut off saw that was cool!!
You have a hard working crew there! 👍
WHAT COLOR PAVERS/BRICKS DID YOU GUYS USE? REALLY LIKE THE LOOK OF IT & I WANT TO BE ABLE TO GET THE SAME LOOK & COLOR OF BRICKS/PAVERS. THANKS!
I didn't know pavers can be driven on. What size pavers are you guys using.?
the big ones... haha

Hey, how much would it have been if you had just gone from the road to garage door?
Nicely done but it’s too narrow heading to the door
It would feel a lot more comfortable if it was wider. However Beatiful Job!
Do you have a video on how you do your time lapses? Great stuff btw!
Hey T let me know when you have some machines for sale, like your skid steer
What is going to keep those pavers in place when cars drive over them?

@@MegaTapdog cars have only been around for 100 years.
G I have a question for you how long did the job take you im trying to start my own tiling company?
how much does the home value increase by though
2:41 you just paved over that critter
I might of missed it, but did you compress the base sand/material under the walkway? Or do you skip that process since there isn’t going to be a considerable amount of weight on the walkway?
Compacted everything with the big one
What type of stone did you use for the base and how many inches deep?
can you do a video for first year paver company what to expect.
Great final result. Can I ask approximately how many square feet for the entire job?
Thank you! and i don't remember off the top of my head, dm me on facebook so I remember to tell you later how much it was
I like the walk way narrow like that looks cool
thank you, I like it too
Hello I have a question on how to get your paver and earthwork license I been looking how to apply for it but I just can’t seem to find it
Wow! That is nice! Someday, I’ll do the same in our house.
No poly sand ?
Nice job T.... knocking them out!
What brand and model pavers were these?
Nicely done! Pretty clean driveway there boys. 👌
Looks amazing, great job. This may be a dumb question but is there anyway or another way to set the pavers on the side without mortar?
2k for materials, 13k for labor.
That’s company price!! I do those for 8 k
@@donkiko6708 wish I had u in Virginia
🤣
Crazy is these companys hire illegals and charge 15k
Great project! Looks beautiful! Keep up the good work 👍
What would of been less expensive the pavers or brand new concrete??????
Concrete is cheaper
I just bought a house here in the city and I would like to know if anyone can repair and patch concrete surfaces on my driveway hope you can handle it and what area do you services too?
Y'all are masters. Great work!
Thank you!!!!
I totally would have paid $15k for that too❤... Turned out beautiful. I was quoted $20k and that wasnt even for pavers, I wanted the stamp look.
Your getting over charged
Hey T I was wondering if you use the border on both side of paver
Yes we do 😎
That nice well hidden, I was 🤔 💭 does he uses it?
I've seen pavers directly on poured concrete but never directly on paver base. Shouldn't sand have been used?
They could have, but not necessary for this instance
Do you charge by square ft?
Would this still cost $15k now?
Nice video T!! So i have a question do u follow a pattern when installing pavers or do u put it in at random as long as u break the joints? Ive been told to do both by different ppl i have worked with. Thank you
Depends on your paver, if you have a 2000 sqf job, and there is a pattern to follow, the place where you buy it will give an approximate amount of what you need.
Great work 👌 and ofcourse the music was the 🍒 on top.
thank you!
How deep do you like to go when installing in an area that previously had a concrete or asphalt drive?
It depends, we typically dig up all the previous concrete
What happens to the Honda? Lol 😂 patio looks clean! Did you seal it? Also it’s on a slope?!? Lol 😂
no sealer. Yes slope
What was total square feet on this
Project ?
Can't watch this video without watching an ad!
get youtube red
How much is per square ft?
Nice. What color are the pavers?
What is the name and size of those pavers?
Look at all the simplicity
Should have shown the sidewalk with excess concrete removed from along sides where it extends 4 to 6 inches into the planting beds. Job not finished until it's finished.
Can you please make my backyard like this ?
On the edges of the side walk did you lay those pavers on concrete?
The concrete acts as an edge restraint, can also be done without the concrete with a plastic restaint.
What's your guy's thoughts on the new full sized ditch witches that can compete with your cats?
they are awesome
@@TigranGertz would they trade one of the cats for them?
Great work as always T!
Hey T what do you use for your paver base?
Was that a chipmunk at 2:40?
All that for $15k? That’s pretty fair.
Prob 15k profit
I can immediately tell it was San Mateo, San Jose, etc
I’m bidding my first job like this tomorrow
Looks nice the walkway sure is narrow! overall nice
Walkway looking good but is way too narrow 😁
don't you put a edging on side of pavers to lock them in?
🤷♂️
Not if you’re adding cement underneath the border pavers. 👌
I see your riding a one wheel there at the end of the
Mexican work always on top of the game
Hell yea
Good time lapse throw back
How many sq ft was that ?
Looks great, but why such a narrow walkway? Customer's choice?
yes
Wow, What a transformation. 👏
Looks Awesome!
New Sub as well.
G I really learned an awful lot watching this video! Thank you very much!
15000 the money you took home or after expenses

Well that was actually a lot of work and workers...
15000?
The last part sounds like you're filming from a segway. Nice job!
One wheel lol
I’m looking for a company the can make a job like that in Lehigh county PA
Hi give me your address and I go take a look and see how big is
FYI, this way of doing it would never last in a place with winters and rain like PA. it would need way more digging and use of bigger drainage stone. I hope you found someone who would do it properly for your area.
Looks great! But now I'm sad because it'll be forever before that in the budget!
Looks awesome too bad about the music...lower volume with narration over the slower video would 5x the views. But yeah , well done!
15k why so expensive.. ?
That's California for ya
Nice job and everything but the walkway is too narrow if you ask me.
Easy money 💰, and smooth
Oh so that’s how you do a radius
