Hello, i'm using " Missing Power " and it shows how much spells you can cast with your actual ressource (Not sure if it's the same as Dali but working the same way as I see) :)
Stupid question perhaps; but is a sub 1 hour for horde much harder compared to alliance? If so, whats the edge alliance got or whats horde got that is detrimental?
Paladins. Objectively priests are the best healer class in classic. Noobs runs with 6 Holy priests, 3 paladins, 1 druid. Because Paladin buffs can be placed on multiple groups, 2 is all you need to fully buff your raid with kings+Salv. In order to have full coverage on your DPS you need at least 5 shamans, which is what Onslaught ran in their speedrun. That means that their mages don't have Tranquil air (horde equivalent of blessing of salv) and only 5 groups are getting the bonus DPS of a shaman (Windfury totem, horde 'equivalent' to Blessing of Kings) Add onto that BOPs and the fact that Alliance gets +Sword skill as a racial (benefits KT weapons) instead of +axe (only benefits the Noth Axe) and you get better times.
@@Apeurohero we actually wanted to run 6 shamans but one of our shamans had a power outage so we had to bring a priest instead. Notice the rogue in g6 with no battleshout or WF, and usually we would put hunter in tank group for TSA
There's just one thing i don't understand How are they handling these Big packs so Well? I swear i've died 5 times due to getting 3 x cleaves so i don't even Dare going up to these Patchwerk looking monsters anymore untill Tanks have sustain aggro lead.
Why don't horde get bok or other benedictions with a priest mc'ing each of them, and pal buffing before the raid ? it last only 15min but it's still good to for theses high level speedruns.
You have to be in the paladin's party to get greater blessings, and the blessings are removed when you leave the party / zone into raid. I'm sure they'd get Kings if they could.

@@Xius_WoW idk. I've moved onto a tbc private server. Prepping for classic can only do so much tbh. Im sitting on 50k in gold and items and 3 60s. Not going to push for gdkps because the items are replaced almost immediately in outlands.
Not getting gear on warrior? That’s what happens when you are in a speedrun guild, unless you’re buying tremendous amounts of gold and gearing up via gdkp.
I get it clickbait is important, but after seeing a world record being set with 30deaths, this isn't really surprising? Still tons of room for improvement to be made

feel free to tell that to ONSLAUGHTS mages that are rnaked above you.. They opted to have a mage tunnel scorches to keep the ignite rolling, seemed to work out fine for most of their numbers. Ofc the scorch mage isn't parsing.
It always boggles my mind when i see dps zugglets having a DPS meter up, AFAIK all the mages in my guild including me only have threat up because that's the only way we can kill the raid, our DPS isn't going to be too short literally ever.

If u crit u keep your ignite up. scorch has low cast time so u can crit more and keep your insanely stacked ignite up. (fire spec)

Scorch costs less mana and mana is the biggest issue as a mage in speedruns
