I platinumed The Last of Us 2, Original Spider-Man, God of War 2018, Uncharted 4, and Jedi: Fallen Order....I only started to get interested in trophies late into PS4 cause multiplayer was getting boring, now I’m working on Ghost of Tsushima on my PS5 🔥
I started 2020 with only 4 platinums, and now I have 23. Quarantine turned me into a trophy hunter! I’ve got 9 platinums since the launch of PS5. Astros Playroom, Spider-Man Remastered, Spider-Man Miles Morales, Bugsnax, Horizon Zero Dawn, WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2010, The Playroom VR, Astrobot Rescue Mission, and PAC-MAN Arcade game series. I’m currently playing Ghost of Tsushima and PAC-MAN Championship Edition 2. I used to think trophies were too hard to get and didn’t understand it, but it’s fun to platinum when you like a game because it adds extra goals and replayablilty!
platinums don’t always take insane amount of time to get. I got god of war, the last of us 2, ghost of tsushima, days gone, ratchet and clank, assassins creed 2, Farcry 3 and 4 all in 1 year
The Pathless is a must buy to platinum for PS5 (took roughly 23 hours to platinum). Austin Wintory did amazing with music. Giant Squid secured a lifelong customer with me with that game

@IDK The #1 reason why online/MP trophies should be listed separately. It always bugged me i can't platinum the Tomb raider reboot just because of those ridiculous MP trophies...

@@NYC_Goody Cyberpunk is an incredibly easy game to platinum. one playthrough with save manipulation and dealing with crashes, but on ps5 the performance wasn’t THAT bad. it took me about 80 hours.
I think a great trophy challenge would be going through your entire trophy list from start to finish and get as many as possible to 100% completion. Only move on to the next game if you don't think you'll ever get 100% in that game. Maybe go through the first 10 in the first video and then another 10 the video after? Something like this would be awesome and will tie in nicely for you to up your total completion to 90% across all games!
I actually loved Control, the mechanics and the DualSense features just elevated the game in a special way. I do agree the story was a bit of a drag in some areas, I kind of just wanted to get to the point lolll, but all together fun game!
I’ve literally platinumed almost all the same games you have since Ps5 came out. I already had ps4 Spider-Man done so the remaster was an auto pop, I got miles Morales, Astros playroom, control, dirt 5, demons souls, bugsnax, I also went & got the Bioshock 1/2/infinite platinums, maquette, destruction all stars, little nightmares 2, concrete genie, man eater & mafia remake.
Long time watcher! After taking some time with my PC I came back to the PS5 to play some new titles & hunt some trophies that have haunted me. Horizon Forbidden West was drawn out imo. But got that done. One trophy left for plat on Returnal, then I’m goin a either hunt down remaining FF7 remake trophies (stupid wedding dresses got me confused af) Or start on Sifu!
Mystic, for ghost of Tsushima, do all the Side quest first when you have the chance. I did it on my first playtrough. It was so fun exploring, doing every activities and side quest. It’s also so worth it leaving the story at the end so I can get the platinum trophy. Btw, some side quest even persuade your thoughts (His caretaker being one of a big influence even tho she’s a side quest)
Ryan, you can absolutely double up on trophies for Spiderman! I got the Plat before the PS5 version was out and I recently did them ALL again. This time I even got every single extra objective (Ultimate level) as well. Currently working on Control, and looking forward to the new Ratchet.
I've gotten 8 plats since getting a PS5: Astro's Playroom Jedi: Fallen Order Spider-Man Remastered Snakeybus Red Dead 2 (my all time proudest plat) DBZ Kakarot AC Valhalla Spider-Man Miles Morales
I used to want to trophy hunt back in the PS3 days. But what stopped me was Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2's online missions; specifically the ONE mission that had you fighting three bosses at once. And when you killed 1 or 2, the fourth ground pounds into the area. Making it even harder was how another player was required to beat it. That failed plat haunted me for years, because beating it would've given it to me. It's impossible at this point...
So far my plats on ps5 are persona 5 strikers, mile morales and currently working on demon souls (just started it and it’s awesome). This is just beginning for my ps5 plat journey, I ended with 60 solid plats on ps4. Im pretty hyped up for what Sony has in store for us with the ps5 👍
Played a lot of the games you played to 100% and you got my respect for finishing all of them cuz I definitely don't have the willpower to do so haha ✊🏻😁
@@joshuabivens5825 Defeat Horde zombie is simply strategizing your sorrouding. And collectible isn't too hard to find. And I love the part where you ride south to a mountain, and the song "Riding Nomad Land" starts playing. It makes riding to point A to B satisfying. The storyline isn't as great as other exclusive, but it good enough for me to beat 4 times (2 account) in Survival (Hardest difficulty).
Damn it took me 74 hours to plat but I have around 327 hours. I just farm materials to get all the weapons since the new update they made 2 years ago makes the higher tier weapons requirements a shit load of materials but they guns are op
The City Skylines platinum was really satisfying but took me a while because I'd turned off the day/night cycle initially. I don't have 100% yet though. TLOU2 and Ghosts of Tsushima are fairly straightforward, I got both within a week of release, same with Days Gone. I had a problem with the platinum for Cthulhu regarding the R'lyeian writing trophy. Finally found the solution today :)
Trophies that you have to grind for and feel like a task to complete shount NOT be trophy's, they should be either easy, or take JUST ALITTLE longer than usual BUT NOT BE TEDIOUS TO GET like some of them, Games should be fun to play, and exciting and easy to achieve things in, that's all, it's not that serious that you have to spend a year trying to get all trophies. Like Astros Playroom on PS5, it was Fun and to the Point, and I felt like I achieved something, so thankyou Team Asobi for the great journey.

You gotta finish Ghost of Tsushima. It is a very easy Platinum just like the spider man one. It is easy to get especially after you beat the main story. Dont miss out on it!

Hey man. You could try Maneater which was a PS+ game this year and it’s super fun and easy to plat. Also, Maquette is another example of indie game done right, which is also fun and quick to plat.
My first PS5 platinum is Resident Evil 6. A remaster of a PS3 game lol. I wanted to complete the Resident Evil main series. I just did Borderlands 3 - really beautiful on the PS5 - now I have all Borderlands plats. I need to buy Demon's Souls as well - only from Software platinum I dont have at this point.
Earned 1 trophy in Borderlands 2 4 years ago... Right now I just beat the Torgue campaign and am playing through Captain Scarlett - hopefully it’ll be boosting/100% time by the end of May.
3:30 you're on ps4 you don't need to pre record and hope you beat the boss. You can press the share button once then hit record video and it records 15 mins before u did that. U can also change it to an hour or 30 mins
All PS4 trophy lists carry over to the ps5 if you are playing the PS4 version on the ps5. I platiumed AC Valhalla, imortals and red dead 2 on the ps5 while starting those games on the PS4.
I'm not much of a trophy or platinum hunter. But there are times especially if I really like a game that I might try to challenge myself and go for the platinum. I recently just got the platinum for The Last Of Us Remastered I did both the regular and multiplayer trophies(which are required) and it was fun and not that hard. In total though I think I got like 13 platinum's to my name including TLOU2, Ghost Of Tsushima, Days Gone, and so on.

My PS4 is very old and can no longer handle a lot of newer games (it overheats) specifically Capcom's Resident Evil engine and Resident Evil 8 is coming out very soon and Resident Evil has always been my favorite video game series so I can't miss it. And the last thing I want to do is buy a new PS4 just to have a PS5 shortly after. But nice try trying to call me a disabled fool 😊👍.
Little Nightmares 2 is a great game and an easy platinum. The first game doesn't have a platinum and some of the trophies are hard but Little Nightmares 2 is great. Of course do play the first one just to understand the story.
I game on everything my preferred platform is Xbox/PC but I also love PlayStation dearly 😁 I just wanted to say Mystic you run a great channel and the content is amazing always look forward to any new videos you realease. I had to play Dirt 5 THREE TIMESSSS! The showdown story trophy never popped for me. It took hours and hours to find the work around. Can't stand that game now. 3 full playthroughs!!!!!
The trophy for unlocking the 10th guy in Dirt 5 didn't unlock for me, I said screw it, the only way is to play the entire game again. Of all the trophies to not unlock it had to be that one.
I’m Platinuming Persona 5 Royal and uh yeah... I’m 130 hours into my first playthrough. It’s a pretty straightforward platinum, but it’s a VERY long game
I haven't been playing my PS5 much this week, but I have a bunch of old stuff queued up. I do pop into Astro's when I don't have time to get deep into another game, or something like Sonic racing.
I did platinum Ghost of Tsushima and The Last of Us II, but it's highly doubtful I have the skills to platinum Demon's Souls. My longest platinum was Grid, which took me probably 200 hours because of the Around the Globe trophy. I'd like to try Grid Legends, but I can't get the game to even launch.

Funny thing for me about Spider-Man Remastered, I had platinumed the PS4 version back then, which was my very first PS4 platinum. And I platinumed it again on PS5 at release. And just a day after I got the second platinum, Insomniac announced they would release a patch so we can transfer our files and it would unlock the trophies. I'm happy to have done it twice, though, because it's an amazing game!!!
I am GLAD I don't think I have to have 100% on my Trophy list for every game I play because that would do my head in big time :D Some Trophies are just ridiculous really and pointless to. It eats up to much time really. Nowadays I only look at the Trophy list once I finished the games story and if there are any easy ones to get i might go for it ;)

What you said on Demon Souls is true to all Dark Souls and Sekiro games. You have to aware your actions. Sometimes seemingly unimportant decision make consequences that stopping you from getting a trophy.
When I downloaded AC Valhalla on ps5 not all my ps4 trophies transfered properly, for all of them I was able to get them again but there's one story arc trophy that I didn't get even though I finished the story and that pisses me off.
Well, I'm happy you enjoy it, many people do. But overall there was consensus that it's pretty mediocre. The playerbase is minimal. On the other hand I absolutely loved some other mediocre games and I had great fun with them. (Dear god I spent 200hours with resident evil resistance)

The Ghost of Tsushima platinum is like the Spider-Man platinum, really straightforward and pretty easy. I love the story of Ghost too!
Days Gone is an easy platinum, even if you completing on Survival mode.

Just got a platinum on MGS5 after 400+ hours. It's a very long platinum. Not all the hours were getting it though.
400+ hours? It only took me around 150+ hours. Was there a patch that made some of trophies more grindy?

Damn it took me 74 hours to plat but I have around 327 hours. I just farm materials to get all the weapons since the new update they made 2 years ago makes the higher tier weapons requirements a shit load of materials but they guns are op

The City Skylines platinum was really satisfying but took me a while because I'd turned off the day/night cycle initially. I don't have 100% yet though.
TLOU2 and Ghosts of Tsushima are fairly straightforward, I got both within a week of release, same with Days Gone.
I had a problem with the platinum for Cthulhu regarding the R'lyeian writing trophy. Finally found the solution today :)

Trophies that you have to grind for and feel like a task to complete shount NOT be trophy's, they should be either easy, or take JUST ALITTLE longer than usual
BUT NOT BE TEDIOUS TO GET like some of them, Games should be fun to play, and exciting and easy to achieve things in, that's all, it's not that serious that you have to spend a year trying to get all trophies.
Like Astros Playroom on PS5, it was Fun and to the Point, and I felt like I achieved something, so thankyou Team Asobi for the great journey.

You gotta finish Ghost of Tsushima. It is a very easy Platinum just like the spider man one. It is easy to get especially after you beat the main story. Dont miss out on it!

Hey man. You could try Maneater which was a PS+ game this year and it’s super fun and easy to plat. Also, Maquette is another example of indie game done right, which is also fun and quick to plat.
I think it's cool that PS4 and PS5 versions of the same game have 2 different trophy lists. You can earn double trophies per game.
Also from different regions too. You can get plat for Control playing both the NA and EU versions.

My first PS5 platinum is Resident Evil 6. A remaster of a PS3 game lol. I wanted to complete the Resident Evil main series. I just did Borderlands 3 - really beautiful on the PS5 - now I have all Borderlands plats. I need to buy Demon's Souls as well - only from Software platinum I dont have at this point.

3:30 you're on ps4 you don't need to pre record and hope you beat the boss. You can press the share button once then hit record video and it records 15 mins before u did that. U can also change it to an hour or 30 mins

All PS4 trophy lists carry over to the ps5 if you are playing the PS4 version on the ps5. I platiumed AC Valhalla, imortals and red dead 2 on the ps5 while starting those games on the PS4.
I platinumed Nier Automata, Bioshock, Resident Evil 1 and plague tale innocence

I'm not much of a trophy or platinum hunter. But there are times especially if I really like a game that I might try to challenge myself and go for the platinum. I recently just got the platinum for The Last Of Us Remastered I did both the regular and multiplayer trophies(which are required) and it was fun and not that hard. In total though I think I got like 13 platinum's to my name including TLOU2, Ghost Of Tsushima, Days Gone, and so on.

My PS4 is very old and can no longer handle a lot of newer games (it overheats) specifically Capcom's Resident Evil engine and Resident Evil 8 is coming out very soon and Resident Evil has always been my favorite video game series so I can't miss it. And the last thing I want to do is buy a new PS4 just to have a PS5 shortly after. But nice try trying to call me a disabled fool 😊👍.
Stardew Valley platinum trophy is like RNG nightmare fuel, took me just over 100 hours and I think that is considered a good time for it😰
Little Nightmares 2 is a great game and an easy platinum. The first game doesn't have a platinum and some of the trophies are hard but Little Nightmares 2 is great. Of course do play the first one just to understand the story.

I had to play Dirt 5 THREE TIMESSSS! The showdown story trophy never popped for me. It took hours and hours to find the work around. Can't stand that game now. 3 full playthroughs!!!!!

The trophy for unlocking the 10th guy in Dirt 5 didn't unlock for me, I said screw it, the only way is to play the entire game again. Of all the trophies to not unlock it had to be that one.

I’m Platinuming Persona 5 Royal and uh yeah... I’m 130 hours into my first playthrough. It’s a pretty straightforward platinum, but it’s a VERY long game
I haven't been playing my PS5 much this week, but I have a bunch of old stuff queued up. I do pop into Astro's when I don't have time to get deep into another game, or something like Sonic racing.
Astro’s is actually a really fun and easy platinum if you’re into getting those
Storm Boy, Foxyland 1,2 and brotherhood united are really easy and quick ones to platinum.
I did platinum Ghost of Tsushima and The Last of Us II, but it's highly doubtful I have the skills to platinum Demon's Souls. My longest platinum was Grid, which took me probably 200 hours because of the Around the Globe trophy. I'd like to try Grid Legends, but I can't get the game to even launch.
Playing rd2...a lot of grinding for trophies, and time consuming. But top 5 game for me.

Lmao I gotchu-I usually play the “best” top tier ranked games which is convenient as a PlayStation player considering the exclusives. It makes getting a plat that much easier. I guess the main tip would be:

Funny thing for me about Spider-Man Remastered, I had platinumed the PS4 version back then, which was my very first PS4 platinum. And I platinumed it again on PS5 at release. And just a day after I got the second platinum, Insomniac announced they would release a patch so we can transfer our files and it would unlock the trophies.
I'm happy to have done it twice, though, because it's an amazing game!!!
GTAV on PS3 was probably the hardest for me. Level 100 in GTA online took ages.

I am GLAD I don't think I have to have 100% on my Trophy list for every game I play because that would do my head in big time :D Some Trophies are just ridiculous really and pointless to. It eats up to much time really. Nowadays I only look at the Trophy list once I finished the games story and if there are any easy ones to get i might go for it ;)

What you said on Demon Souls is true to all Dark Souls and Sekiro games. You have to aware your actions. Sometimes seemingly unimportant decision make consequences that stopping you from getting a trophy.

I had the same issue with control, hence why I haven't played it since it first came out on plus.
When I downloaded AC Valhalla on ps5 not all my ps4 trophies transfered properly, for all of them I was able to get them again but there's one story arc trophy that I didn't get even though I finished the story and that pisses me off.
