Supressing or Amplifying one's gender identity. Because by amplifying or by suppressing this gender identity, one is just being identified with one's body. WE NEED TO LIBERATE OURSELVES FROM OUR GENDER IDENTITY AND SET A HIGHER GOAL FOR OURSELVES. It might be a small task, but a small task is not unimportant. It is very much important.
Both the genders have become even more anchored to their physical identity. The more you do that the more you are in misery. Because , really, the body is not who you are .
