    I'm having a few issues with my retina and was prescribed steroid eye drops. I had a really bad reaction , extremely dizzy, nauseous, difficulty catching my breath, but the worst was I could smell & taste the medicinal qualities of the eye drops. It was disgusting. Good to hear that your eye treatment is working out. Perhaps having the right side of your face numbed is causing swelling on that side? Take care Carolyn and just take it easy. Really nice to have Ron around for support.

    Ouch!! I've wanted to do a peel. But... it looks painful. I feel pretty young. I will be 67 in August. Now in October I broke my foot, my daughter's wedding, yes I had a few. I do not drink, so I'm a lightweight. But my knee give out on me. Then last month i fell cleaning, moved a basket and forgot I put it there and tripped, broke my wrist. Two for two. Pray there's no 3th time. I'm tired. Anyway i hope you heal up and feel as beautiful as you are. I know we hate that getting old thang. But I'm trying to just embrace it. Lol Right!! Love you girl. Hugs. I do admire you. ♥️🌹😁👍🏼

    Okay, there was one particular look you gave the camera while still under the effect of the anesthesia. I had to laugh! That’s why the docs sh not to sign any important documents for 24 hours! WOW…that peel looked painful, especially the ankle, even though you said it only hurt when you walk! I had to use Efudex once o n my face, and it really hurt. I hope you heal quickly, get that other eye over and done with, and fad away that sad tattoo. That was not well done at all.😢 Thanks for sharing the reality of life, even though you were hiding behind a partial mask, oooh that was a pun! You are amazingly beautiful, even with all that you have going on on with the peel and your eye. Just think how great your vision is going to be! ❤️

    I hope you feel better soon Carolyn. You are a adult. So what if you were having a drink or many. We are allowed to do that after age 21 so the laws say. Check labels on lotions to make sure it does not have an alcohol. Pure lower shelf Vitamin E and pure cocoa butter are good. Vaseline with cocoa butter is good to keep dirt from your dry skin area that is burning. I use those on dry cracked open cut skin. Hi Ron. Thank you for helping Carolyn out.

    • @MzVicky
      @MzVicky 4 місяці тому +1

      Depends on how dark the brown spot is. For bad brown spots, you may need laser treatments. You could try doing a peel every few months if one doesn’t do it. Just make sure to stay out of the sun or make sure you’re using 50 spf and wearing a wide brim hat.

    • @AnnWright-jb2dw
      @AnnWright-jb2dw 4 місяці тому

      Yes, it can remove dark spots but if you are new to peels, start off with a low strength tca till you get comfortable with how they work and after doing a few, gradually increase the strength of tca or "layer" a lower strength one.

    The eye procedure removes floaters? I need to sign up right away. I have so many floaters, it is a miracle I can see through them all.
    I'm hoping you heal quickly, and I'm glad to hear you are not hurting. Both procedures look painful to me.
    Personally, I don't know anything about either of the procedures especially the chemical peel. Is it expensive?
    And does any insurance cover any of either one ?

    Be careful Carolyn don’t do so many procedures all at once to yourself. Your body needs to heal from each and everything. By doing so many procedures all together is really hard on your body. Because when it’s all said and done, It’s not what’s on the outside that counts. It’s who you are as a person, and how you treat people is what really matters. That is what is remembered.

  • @kimberlybush2219
    @kimberlybush2219 4 місяці тому

    It sure sucks to get old. I have my theory on why God set it up for elderly people to look like hell. No I am not saying you
    look bad. I am referring to the aging process and elderly people in general. Here is my take on the condition of aging. I think it was Gods way of discouraging young people from marrying or taking old people as mates since none of us are supposed to live forever and only have a certain amount of time on this earth to pro-create and keep our species going. Just think how devastating it would be if people could not tell the difference between somebody that was 26 years old and somebody that was 100 years old. A woman could fall in love with a hot sexy dude and then turn around and find out he is 97 years old and ready to kick the bucket. So you see, this is why God wants us to be able to tell the difference between the young and the old. I hope this helps or at least gives you a good laugh even though its the true. Please dont take this the wrong way. I dont think you look bad for your age. You are still attractive. Yes you look better when you are all dolled up, but that is true for us all. Im just saying.
