Meghan, I still come here and watch your “cozy cottage” video and that’s such a de-stressor for me 😍🥹 where you baby walk with Sadie 👼🏻 or meditate by the water or the part where you are painting 🎨
Really?! That's so sweet. We're heading up to the cottage again next week! Always a peaceful time there ❤️

Just came across ur channel & loving the vibe 🌟 beautiful & so calming.. hv a question- how do u manage the chores of the house? I get stressed of chores, cleaning, organising, cooking etc bcoz the next day the clean space becomes messy again😬 and that triggers my stress & anxiety 🥹
Any tips would greatly help🥰
Hi Meghan, great video as always. What is that doll house you were organizing on mat, i wanted to purchase same for my daughter? Thank you
Hi there! It's the Calico Critters "red roof country home" ❤️ My daughter loves it.
I recently listened to a podcast in which a therapist was invited. It was about managing our emotions as small business owners. And she said something interesting that I have been thinking about since. She said that there will always be stress and frustrations, we cannot control that, but we can learn to increase our tolerance to stress/frustration. We can change our attitude and how we respond to those situations and how we let them affect us. So our work should focus on building our tolerance and resilience rather than eliminating stress. I thought it was an interesting perspective.
That's very true! It's impossible to eliminate stress entirely, but we can work towards changing how we respond to it.
Thank you so much Meghan ♥️
The Pride and Prejudice with Collin Firth is the best. ❤
To reduce stress, I love spending time with my pets, cuddling, playing...
This video came at a relevant time for me and I'm taking opportunity to relate practically. I'm also struggling with anxiety which is affecting my thyroid. Can you please do a video in the future and how I can take care of my thyroid😢.
Hi Meghan! I love your videos! I learn a lot with you. Thank you!
I'm so glad to hear that! 💖😊
Great tips. Love how you filmed this one too! I am not one who has stress ever but I think it is probably because I take time and enjoy my time while doing all I need to at a pace that is suitable and calming. I recently read Sense and Sensibility then I watched the Hugh Grant movie. hehe. I have not heard of embroidery journaling but that sounds fun. I LOVE walking a lot. I feel like when I clean, that helps me destress. I love cleaning. It has always been therapeutic for me!
What did u think of sense and sensibility the movie with hugh grant? It is on my watchlist :)
@@rachelspoon4741 It was truly beautiful.
I know what you mean - I find decluttering to be therapeutic haha! I have to check out Sense and Sensibility too. So many good classics out there.
So nice dear
Great video
Omg the BBC tv series of P&P is just sooo wholesome and is one of my fav drama series. I have the book, too yet i have not read it yet. I recommend the BBC tv series of Emma (2009). I find the tv series adds so much more depth to characters than the movies, tho i love the movies just as much :)
I might have to read/watch Emma too! And yesss the BBC series of P&P is soooo good.
Hi Meghan !! 😘
Hi!! 😄
How are you discovering the Colin Firth series just now?
I only just read the book for the first time a few months ago! Lovedddd the BBC miniseries. 😄
❤❤❤

Getting some outside time in the sun is key for me! I’m such a grumpy person if I don’t get out for a bit.
