    Thank you so much Mike for this eye opening revelation. I love this idea of the anti-agency model. I just started with GHL a couple of months ago and really just playing with it to see how everything works and not knowing exactly how I was going to use everything the GHL has to off. I didn’t really want to do SAAS and the thought of cold calling 100 businesses a day to offer them services like reputation management and Facebook ads seemed like a lot of trouble to do knowing that there was going to be a lot of churn after getting a business good results. You just earned a subscriber and hopefully be working with you soon. This is great. So excited

    I’m an agency owner. After 3 years, all my life savings sunk into floating the business, countless ups and more downs, $600k in revenue, I’m flat broke, have taken no salary and just exhausted and on brink of breakdown. You showed up on my feed and got me feeling hopeful. I’ve been trying to productize my services but didn’t know exactly how. Now I see something I can chew on. Thank you. Great video.

      I think you should talk to some agency consultants. Like Keaton or Pavlo. They may give you somethings to chew on as well, because your situation sounds ridiculous (in a literal sense).

    Great video Mike. I agree that it’s a very good business model. However it’s getting businesses as clients that’s the problem. I’d love to know how you actually get these clients to say yes to paying $97-$297 a month. In my experience ( especially here in the U.K.) businesses think spending £25 a month is too much! If you have a video where you break down where to find businesses that are willing to pay a reasonable amount and also a script to outreach I’d love to watch it!

      Hi Victoria, yes that is what my R4 Sales + Marketing System is all about. I would highly recommend that you invest in a good sales coach through Sandler Selling - my experience is that they are the best for the money. While it's true that small businesses can be a challenge to sell to, there are plenty that will pay those prices, otherwise the Hubspot's of the world wouldn't be thriving like they are. But sales and marketing is the biggest challenge of this business - you have to invest the time and energy to get good at it, for sure!

    Hi Mike, when you use the Saas model for GHL, who is in charge of supplying the training for the client? Is that the Saas owner's responsibility or are there videos in GHL for training? If GHL has some training, do you supply additional training or support on top of that?

    • @MikeCoochYouTube
      @MikeCoochYouTube  10 місяців тому +3

      It’s your responsibility. There are third party resources you can buy to offer training videos for core functionality, but you should expect to create your own training as well to help with the specifics of your service offering and the way you are using HighLevel.

    Hi Mike! Truly awesome value! Thank you so much! I'm currently a full time support engineer that works with saas company and I desire to master GHL. Do you have any recommended course, training, group, videos that I can start with? I plan to start my own team.

    • @MikeCoochYouTube
      @MikeCoochYouTube  Місяць тому

      To master GHL, I’d use their resources. I use their UA-cam channel constantly. And then, of course, just use the software a lot.
      To master the business model of selling services based on HighLevel, I recommend my High-Leverage Agency program.

    Thanks, Mike. Great presentation. I am a HL customer and agency agonizer. From my own previous experience in CRM software and selling services, I completely agree with the strategy of building a base of recurring rev customers, to whom we can offer additional services. But HL has always been difficult and time-consuming to learn, and I hesitate to move clients in that direction, because of its confusing and difficult interface. How do you get over that problem/hurdle?

    • @MikeCoochYouTube
      @MikeCoochYouTube  10 місяців тому

      It’s getting much better over time. I use it all day, every day at this point, so it’s definitely not terrible UI. That being said, I think it pays to have a good onboarding process and regular group training calls available so customers can continue to learn.

    Thanks for the video - totally agree. However do you think if all agencies are eventually using GHLas the background platform & systems, everyone will be offering the same systems …..

    • @MikeCoochYouTube
      @MikeCoochYouTube  Рік тому +2

      No, that’s why I teach that you should create a ‘Signature System’ - your own unique thing. I DO believe that HighLevel will ultimately become THE standard for small businesses. But it’s your job to build on top of the tools to help your customers. Your unique funnels, workflows, campaigns etc that you design on top of the tools to create a unique system. Make sense?

      @@MikeCoochUA-cam Well, I'm single, I would not need a car, and I live rent-free in a family property, so my plan was to spend money on a virtual assistant from the get-go. Also, I'm from Europe and have worked with American companies in the past, so I can leverage the time zone differences to have the calls in the evening. I also don't mind working 60h+ a week. Out of curiosity, which part-time opportunities come to your mind?

    How can I sell GHL without providing a secondary service like SEO&PPC to bring in Revenue?

    • @MikeCoochYouTube
      @MikeCoochYouTube  Рік тому +3

      It’s a little more than I can cover in the comments here, but the summary is to focus on selling ‘systems’ as the foundation the business is missing and needs before they spend more money on advertising - so they fully capitalize on their opportunities.

      Yes, it’s a service business, so you don’t have to invest in inventory or equipment. You just need to hustle and find a customer that can pay you, then repeat! That being said, it’s always good to have a cash cushion, so if you can save some money first I recommend it!

    • @MikeCoochYouTube
      @MikeCoochYouTube  Рік тому +9

      Well, while that is generally good advice and well-intentioned, I know, it also doesn't change anything in this scenario. Every major software platform that serves as a CRM or similar for businesses is in the same position as HighLevel, and keeping software up and running isn't exactly an unknown challenge these days. Data centers around the world, replicated data, cacheing, etc. I always recommend that every business keeps backup payment processing and communications (email), but otherwise if you are using anything similar: Salesforce, Hubspot, etc - you always have some degree of 'what if the world ends and that software disappears overnight' risk.

    • @heikorudi6105

      The same goes for only running Facebook ads, or doing SEO (google), writing content (a.i doing it already) heck even your freaking house: do you have your own generator? or are you dependent on the grind? what if the grid goes down in your area tomorrow?

    • @MVProfits
      @MVProfits 11 місяців тому

      @@heikorudi6105 his point is not running your WHOLE business based on a 3rd party platform. Obviously we can upsell other services that GHL doesn't even cover. GHL has all the incentives to keep delivering, as all users pay monthly. They wouldn't want it to stop. But inner turmoil, hackers, new management/ownets, so many weird things can happen. Coaching, switching to someone else if that happens, it's not like it would go from 100 to 0. But yeah, still a good idea to have difference sources.
