Damn this is the single strongest Hugo I've seen so far. How was it he didn't make it to SFV to chalenge Zangeif, Alex, Laura or Mika? Hugo is deceptively verse in every martial art style and he counters all of them by incorporating a pro wrestling counter! He is slapping down Rugals, Goenitz,Geese Howards, Oroci powered metagods and bosses that most other fighters would have extreme difficulty just fighting!
