I’m late to comment but just had to join in on this conversation. I was 4 years old when I first visited Disneyland in 1955. Mom would often point out Walt to us as he strolled the Park. But I was 4 and just wanted to go on the teacups. I’ve eaten numerous times at Carnation Cafe and my favorite is the wedge salad with a cup of Walt’s chili. I’m now 73 and it never gets old. I’ve just subscribed!!
My mom & I ate breakfast at Carnation Cafe back in 2019. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great, yes we ate outside! This is how we started our Disneyland park vacation, and let me tell you, the vibes here are much different than Disney World - your in California and in Walt's park!! We love Disney World also!
Love the Parmesan crusted patty melt on lunch/dinner menu! It’s been quite a few years since I’ve done breakfast there, but your food looked good. Love your videos!
We love Carnation Cafe’ !! Love the fact that it was an opening day restaurant. Servers are always so nice. Try the short rib and also the fried pickles appetizer for dinner. Glad you liked it. Hugs❤

I’ve eaten at that cafe at least 7 times over many years and never had a bad meal. Always sat outside, never thought about eating inside.

My favorite is Walt's Chili at the Carnation Cafe. We also love the outdoor atmosphere. Where you can watch people walk down Main Street.

Big plans to visit Disneyland in February 2026 for the birthday I share with California Adventure.
Both dishes look amazing, especially the chili omelette. I think I would miss the side of toast.

Hey Deni! I haven’t been to DL in many years. Itching to go back. I love chili and cheese hash browns over at Waffle House. Yum!
