You did a fantastic job sewing the jumpsuit together, and it seems to fit you perfectly. I do like the color green and gold buttons together but maybe too much for a jumpsuit. Try changing the buttons to the same color green and get rid of the pockets for less bulge would be my thoughts.
You’ve sewn this so beautifully. I love the make but I understand when I make something and it doesn’t come out like I would have hoped. I recommend making it into a set. You can add a flat front, elastic band waist to the pants and a narrow hem to the bodice for a cute pants + top. ❤️
I think it looks great and the color and fit are spot on! It looks comfortable to wear. The gold buttons are nice. Maybe change the button color to make less leprechauny? Again I like it as is but I understand that it's gotta work for you.
I love it! I would separare the top and pants because it is very nice. I like the pants too, especially with the pleats. I like the gold and green but maybe try a tortioseshell button.
It's sewn nicely! Use a basting stitch and take in on both the inner & outer legs to see how it fits. Maybe remove the buttons & try something less shiny or covered buttons. Or, give it away or donate.
Hey! Its not that bad. Fit the pant. Upper thigh to be specific.....OR modify pant for a more slim look if fabric allows.....def change the buttons, turtoise shell, brown, or white could all tone down the leprechaun feel. Use the gold buttons for another project....
I’m going to echo the thoughts of many who have already posted. I love the jumpsuit and green isn’t one of my favorite colors. I also think it looks good on you. I’m sorry that it didn’t turn out as you had hoped, though. Have a great day!
Super nice. I would ditch the buttons and add a wide belt. Or save for St Patrick’s Day. The jumpsuit looks great on you, but yes, those gold buttons have to go.
It’s beautiful! The color is good for autumn coming up. And it looks good on you! But you made me laugh every time you said “leprechaun suit.” It’s actually a perfect green color-not leprechaun-ish at all😂
I truly don't see anything wrong with your outfut. I think you look fantastic. I don't think of leprechaun. However, it all depends on how you feel in it. Maybe try changing the buttons to white or green and taking the pockets outs.
You've invested too much into your suit to abandon it, so here's my suggestion: remove the buttons, and replace them with covered buttons of the same fabric. Remove the pockets altogether. Maybe use a belt that corresponds with the color shoes or purse you select to wear with your outfit.
I do like and I don't like. You killed the collar and the seam finishing.....the first thing I noticed after the gold buttons was the zipper. Don't know why that's throwing off. If you could change the buttons.... I'm not thinking the fit is too "poufy".....that bodice is spot on. Please try changing the buttons and take a second look at the zipper...... it's definitely NOT a clown leprechaun suit tho. Thanks for sharing sweetie ❤❤
I would recycle the top from the pants. You seemed to like fitted styles and those pants are too baggy for you. Make it into a cute vest top. The waist is baggy on you. I find the invisible vip in the front a strange thing. Honor your not liking it. That is so okay. You like the color. Save the top.
I don’t cares for the colors green on you. The pants on the pattern was more tailored fit. I would take those pants in more. Also make fake pockets for a more tailored look. I lovely those gold buttons. I hear a lot of fashion designers say stay away from green fabrics. Because it don’t complement a lot of women. Any who you did a good job at construction the pattern.

That’s a good thought. Thank you!
It’s still really cute with the right accessories and shoes!
Thank you! 💕
It really doesn’t look bad at all. I like it and it looks good on you.
Thank you!
@@thedocishaute you’re welcome ☺️
It’s nice! Replace buttons with pearly buttons, add belt. Love pockets! So making this😂
This is a great idea!
Button swap loading! 😂

That could be amazing! Thanks for the suggestion.
Girl! That suit is FLY!
Thank you! 💕

Thank you! Seems like changing the buttons may be the way to go. Good thought.

I don’t see anything wrong with the outfit and it actually fits you well.
Thank you! 💕

lol 😂! I think a belt would work well.
I like it
I think that it fits you perfectly! I don’t think leprechaun. I think nice suit.
Thank you! 💕
I really like the bodice. Could you separate the pieces and finish the bodice waist? I agree the pants are a bit poofy but great job on the execution.
Thank you! I think separates could be a good solution.
Oh I wanted to tell you that song is stuck in my head 🎶it's a leprechaun suit🎶😅
lol 😂

I love it. But the buttons has to go
😂
It looks fine to me. Sorry you don’t like it.
Thank you 😊

Thank you! I like the idea of fake pockets to reduce the bulk.
