- Today's adventure took us to Denver, the Queen City of the Plains! (July 31, 2022)
Fun fact: 58% of all Colorado residents live in the Denver Metro Area!
Denver was the center of the Colorado Gold Rush and grew as such! It is now Colorado's largest city, and the core of the West-Midwest US economy. Denver has become famous for it's outdoor activities, world-class breweries and for being family-friendly.
My family and I are on a mission to learn about the history and geography of where we live by visiting every town within a 4 hour drive of our house. We live in Pueblo West and once per month we are going to venture out and explore the great state of Colorado, one town at a time!

I’m really impressed with your research, cadence, and execution of these videos. Thank you!
Thabks for watching!
Awesome video. I learned to ski at "Ski Idlewild" next to Winter Park and it is now defunct. Can you do a vid on defunct Colorado ski areas?
So far Cuchara is the only one I know about but we'll get there!
Love it .. I stay in Cheyenne, but love Denver! Minus the two mayors who openly were apart of the KKK 😒😡
Of all the big cities we've visited around the country, Denver is still our favorite!
@SkiLodgeColorado I went to Denver to go to elitch gardens. I love the big city vibes but people there are just straight up assholes
