It wasn’t confusing at all. I like this and I’m so happy I found someone that talk through their work Organisation/struggles. I feel less lonely 😂 I’m new into this all plannertube stuff. I never used a planner before. But as a young professional in a role with quite a lot of responsibilities I kind of feel terribly overwhelmed by everything even though I enjoy my job greatly (I hope I make sense) and I don’t seem able to keep on top of things so I’m really grateful for channels like yours. It’s really helpful to see others having the same kind of thoughts as myself and how they come up with ideas to tackle the problems. I’m really looking forward to your use of your work planner together with the reference binder. 😊
I’m so very glad you found this helpful! Sometimes I don’t know if it will help someone but it always helps me to talk through it. Congratulations on your job and your responsibilities. Even after over 20 years in my field I still (as you can tell) get overwhelmed and need to revamp my systems. And tweak so don’t be afraid to adjust your system as you go. I’ve been planning since I was in 6th grade so the overall process isn’t new to me but I’ve been more “adventurous” than in my systems and methods over the last 7+ years. My recommendation is to try things out and don’t feel bad if they aren’t a good fit. But also keep it simple at first - don’t go decor wild until you know the size and style that works for you. Focus on finding what you need and what works and tweak slowly to find your style. And use inexpensive stickers or washi or just colored pen/marker to make it pretty for inspo. But don’t invest tons of money until you are more settled in your system.
