tigSpeed - TIG cold / hot wire welding // Dynamic wire feeding | EWM

The EWM tigSpeed-system can be used with any TIG welding machine.
With TIG cold/hot wire welding, the welding consumable is fed to the weld pool mechanically, thus enabling significantly higher deposition rates.
This feeding also makes process handling easier during welding, plus the welding speed and deposition rate can be increased dramatically.
tigSpeed advantages:
- Perfectly controllable weld pool, even with positional welding, such as vertical-up position
- Extremely high welding speeds - similar to MIG/MAG welding, but with low emissions and no spatter
- Reduced heat input, minimised distortion, less shrinkage of workpieces, and optimised impact work-values
- Reduces welder fatigue thanks to easier handling and more comfortable working positions

Respekt, das ist wirklich schön im Video eingefangen worden 👍👍
Das Oszillieren sieht allerdings, wegen der Bildwiederholfrequenz, schlimmer aus als es in Wirklichkeit ist.
