It was for sure. I spotted that as well. I think I pointed at it. a bit to big for the car ride home at that point.
I had print shop in high school, so there were many different sizes. Boy, if I would have been able to have those, now days!

I've seen on your and other channels that people have learned how to look up comps and have started pricing their stuff too high, not leaving much or any room for profit.
Too high for resellers maybe but still great for people who need and use the stuff which is what yard sales used to be intended for.

Did you drive or fly? If you're buying all that stuff, you need either empty suitcases or an empty car.
Matt looks a lot bigger in your video than he does in his own.
Check the Denon for obvious things, like the tape monitor is on or a fuse is blown - don't assume it doesn't work.

That was me. Who expects ebay prices for a yard sale? If you want ebay prices, sell them yourself on ebay. Wonder if the printouts were asking price or sold comps.
Nothing wrong with sellers being smart on what stuff is worth. No rule that says you have to give away stuff at yard sales.
I look at it as you have a yard sale to get rid of stuff not to have an eBay sale In your front yard. I am just starting out in reselling school right now. This is just how I feel about it. He would get more money to sell on eBay seems he just doesn’t want the hassle. This seems to be happening a lot. People are gonna get stuck ITV a lot of things they want to get rid of. My yard sales have been cheap to move stuff out of my house. If I was by chance selling higher items I would mark a little higher. By Sunday if I have a lot left. It was a 1.00 a garbage bag of clothes everything else was half price. My first yard sale I ever did I set up and would sell to anyone who stopped. By the close of it Saturday I had made over 800.00. Cheap prices to move snd I had Avon to sell half price or cheaper. This is a different game but low sell for a fair price. When I start selling I hope I do half way decent, but so much to learn. I will probably have 3 or notebooks with thongs I need to know in buying, listing, picture taking and shipping. Hats off to all who do this and wish me luck.
