You should clarify if you just BROKE INTO THIS HOUSE; if not, then you should show written permission to be there...and if you don't have it, then you should go to jail and one would hope that law enforcement will be contacting you shortly, since we know where this is located! This video IMO and your comments are ridiculous and disrespectful of person's private lives. Why not video YOUR place and go through your drawers, closets, bathrooms, etc. and then see how that would make YOU FEEL for hundreds of strangers to see. 🤨 This is not a house that was being lived in, even though someone may have died and left it to relatives. Whomever put all these items in the house was a dealer in second hand items and some antiques, possibly from a store that had to close due to the death, and very likely are just being stored there, because the relatives no doubt, either don't have the time or will to deal with them. It is a sad reflection on whomever is responsible for this place that they aren't making it more secure. BTW most of the nicknacks, dishes and miscellaneous items are not actually very valuable and most are not antiques, and not worth all that much individually. If you don't have the permission to be there, you should be ashamed, and should at least, have the decency to close the doors or windows from how you got in or the door you said they just left open! 😡
Rick this house is a real find. I feel sorry for the woman of the house. I can understand why she abandoned everything. Her heart wasn't in it anymore. She most likely filed bankruptcy. The house is filled with antiques and the furniture is of real wood. Very costly. Thank you for posting this house it was a real treat. The car blew my mind. I love it. The old cars were built better back then we have today. At least you had a better chance of surviving a accident. I give this video a thumbs up. 👍❤
The cars were solid metal and in some ways more safe, but today we have much more safety tech. Just look at the steering wheel column alone it could go right into you in an accident!
I hope and pray that someone will buy the house and fix the damage before it gets to bad . Its such a beautiful home . I feel bad that she lost her husband and maybe they used all their savings to get the house built . I hope her family and her are both doing well . I love the heart pond ❤
I wonder how to claim these abandoned cars? I saw one explorer go to Mary J Blige abandoned mansion and it had a clean delorean. That house is owned now by some Philadelphia team minority owner. I would so buy that DeLorean

People leave the power on because the home falls apart with no power. My Grandma had her upstairs turned off, and the wallpaper and light fixtures fell down. It ruined that part of the apartment building. I don't know why it does that with no power on.? It's a mystery to me.

@PEJAO-48 yeah I have no idea why this man went in there or who told him it was abandoned. I given the information over to owner and video. Not sure what was done from there, will keep updated
Not all women used to keep a Hope chest to save for when they got married but some did. That old lady just never got rid of hers after getting married. Hopefully she with her husband now. Her living relatives must have money or they would be having a Doozy of a garage sale. Thank you for the video.
In the living room, where all the paintings or prints are the leopard print where the cat is laying on the limb, my mother painted that and made prints out of that painting and my mom still alive. She’s a artist from Texas and she painted that and made prints and sold the printthat’s crazy. Her name is Linda O’Neill fuel that’s crazy that I saw her print in this abandoned house on your show.
This house is just insane what a great high-end home. So sad the lady had to leave, Estate sale did do very well (i'm just assuming due to all the cool stuff still there) Thanks so much this was a great explore Rick
Ranger Rick, here's my theory: they were preparing for an estate sale, but the bank locked them out of the property sooner than they expected. This would explain a lot. Once a bank locks you out, you have no claim to anything in or on the property.
And the bank obviously didn't need the money, or they would have sold it off to recoup on the mortgage. But banks just hold onto it until it rots. Shame on them. 😢
I'd love to contact the bank to see how much is old on the property cuz I surely would love to buy it to keep the memory alive and also to keep the love from fading😂❤🧸
@@Victorm.Robinson looks like the house is located near Nashville Tennessee I saw the phone number listed in the bathroom about the pipes being winterized there was a phone number on the paper. You could look at the video again and call the phone number. If your interested in the property it could be for sale but because it's a country estate the these are generally difficult for most agents to sell it would take a special person who would love to live out their lives there, I suspect it's not to far from any town. But far enough may be 5 miles or so from a large area where stores and banks are.
What is so terrible is it seems the husband didn’t have life insurance or enough to cover things if he died . Especially since he was the bread winner. And how awful that he finds out he has incurable cancer and died in a year. She must have just given up. I hope she’s alright where ever she is
Saw this video by another abandoned house person about a year ago in 2023 . There was a huge hole in the roof so looks like some one came and repaired the hole, the hole looked like a lightning type hole. Its fixed in this video, so for room inside where insulation has fallen out if the ceiling. The power wasn't running last year, so looks like who ever is cutting the grass had tge roof fixed turned the power on probably a real estate company house maybe for sale, strange that the one of the owners hasn't come to remove some of he furniture or other items, unless she died as well 2024 is 11 years ago. A house like this is very nice but it will take a special buyer for most people don't usually buy country homes.. so i expect that the real estate company is selling this house probably to interested parties so explains why power is on wouldn't cost that much as no one living there so power consumption rather low. The T bird in the garage is and awesome find this car is worth some bucks for sure. The ceiling in the living room also was leaking looks to be repaired there was a dead squirrel in the last video..
I doubt whether the furniture is worth big bucks. 12:33 The design of the teapot is very important. Typically collectors are looking for elegant and pleasing shapes rather than big, and frankly, ugly, teapots! Polygonal teapots, or teapots with segmented sides, are often more highly sought after due to the time and craftsmanship required to make them.
I had a estate sale when my Dad died the furniture and expense China I had to damn near give that stuff away. I lady doing the sale said yeah this younger crowd would rather go to Ikea and buy some cheep crap instead of some quality furniture. That Thunderbird is probably worth some big bucks now, it had the steering wheel that would slide to the right to give you more room getting out and when you get it just pull it over to the left.
It's wasn't a estate sale.....it was a absolute auction.....they mark the prices they want if it don't meet the price you keep it.....people in Tennessee probably thought it was over priced and didn't buy. I use to work auctions with a buyer ..pity so much not didn't sell. Might be the bank selling it getting all they can

I thought this home looked familiar! I’m so glad I got to see how nice it looked before. Recently I came across another urban explorers video who toured this home and unfortunately some bumb had been staying there and destroyed so much it 😢 maybe it wasn’t just him but the house looked ransacked and the bumb filled up the entire hallway and half a bedroom with water bottles but he used the bathroom in the bottles..and there were so so many of those yellow bottles the urban explorer almost vomited on camera from the horrendous stench the bumb left behind. Such a shame the home could not be saved, especially the condition it’s in nowadays 🤮
Also i don't think any items were sold to anyone I think the owners of this house actually bought all these items at estate sales themselves. They were planning on living there then bad news came into their lives so the emotional shock throw them over the edge possibly the doctor that died had to go into the hospital for treatment. Reason house got abandoned. 26:49
They were dealers. There was even some things with Goodwill price tags still on it. I had an antique store and I'm thinking these were items from their store, that was probably bought to resell. In fact someone might be just storing them there with the intent to sell them later or brought them there from the store that the woman may have had.
yes ,,, one u.k. telephone box there's not many left here in the u.k. but that one seems too be plastic as ours was heavy metal ...thanks for sharing take care
I think they all left because the Father was gone. And most homes are a lot smaller than this. No way you can take big furniture and a lot of stuff with you to a small place. And this house being "in the middle of nowhere," is a problem with the head of the family gone. I can't believe that toilet paper didn't sell at the estate sale. Everyone needs that, their whole life here.
Well I am sure because of where the house is that house must have a sump pump so you must keep the power on so it doesn't flood. You should check the thermostat. The bank would keep it heated, winterize. Ect... That was a cedar blanket chest. That spinning wheel should be in a museum. The heat comes out in the ceiling in the 1st bathroom .Tea pots are collected and can be worth money depending who made it.ironright thing is washed tubs. That car could have been auctioned off. A beautiful Thunderbird . It does seem Janet , seemed that she lost her husband then lost her house. It seems alot of the things that were left probably was her husband's. That bed in the purple room is fantastic. And the really old bike is awesome.
Love the old Thunderbird in the garage; what a pity the priced antiques were left behind unclaimed. Apparently there was an auction but the bank must've foreclosed sooner than expected. It's obvious this widow's heart was not in this house anymore after her husband died of terminal cancer. Wherever she is now, I wish her and her family well. Someone should restore the house to its former glory and make it livable again.😢 And hey, thanks for the tour! Whereabouts in Tennessee is it?
Why would anyone leave so much stuff behind? They had good taste, and I would take it all if I could. How did you find this house? How do people find abandoned homes to film and explore?
