I love that Evil's Morty Backstory Music got:
1. His original Damaged Coda melody
2. Bits of the intro song mixed in
3. Synth similar to Rick's backstory music but even more GRAND, because he accomplished his goal unlike Rick C137
It's also similar to Rick primes theme
I mean Rick C-137 achieved his goal, he just didn’t get much satisfaction from it.
@@DarkF4lcon Evil Morty beat Rick Prime and gave him to Rick C137 on a silver platter. Seeing how egotistical Ricks are, imo that's partly why I think Rick C137 never got the satisfaction he wanted from killing Prime. Just Evil Morty punishing Rick for bothering him by ruining the moment for Rick C137.

It carries such a heavy weight of time passing and scifi and existence
You can really see the difference in how the two tracks develop: Rick's theme builds at first as we see him go on his quest for revenge, but then essentially plateaus and then runs out of energy as we see Rick fail to find Prime and fall into depression and hopelessness. Meanwhile, Evil Morty's theme continues to build to a proper crescendo when we reach the events of Rickmurai Jack, as unlike Rick, Evil Morty actually DOES achieve the goal he worked so hard for.

Evil morty is the definition of wolf in sheep clothing. The council of ricks, c137 and even prime rick underestimated this guy. This song represents how sinister he really is.

And the Rick of the main cast is the Mortiest Rick. The Rickest Rick was Prime
No he is the opposite of Rick. He actually cares for others, if he doesnt he would have used the weapon without hesitate or use it as leverage. He defeats Ricks because he knows his weakness, which make him the anti-rick.

@@RashaadGolden Evil Morty begs to differ. He’s a complete psychopath with no form of empathy or remorse for his actions. Essentially the more compassionate and caring (human) a Rick or Morty is, the “Mortier” they are and vise versa. The more sociopathic, chaotic, sadistic, manipulative, and desensitized a Rick or Morty is, the “Ricker” they are.
This means that Morty Prime is the “Mortiest Morty”, Rick C-137 is the “Mortiest Rick”, Evil Morty is the “Rickest Morty”, and Rick Prime is the “Rickest Rick”
It’s also interesting how as the show goes on Rick C-137 becomes “Mortier” as Morty Prime becomes “Ricker”. They feed off each other. Rick makes Morty more chaotic and Morty makes Rick care more about those around him
@RashaadGolden Facts. I’m honestly tired of how misinterpreting the Rick and Morty fandom is towards Evil Morty simply because he has the word “Evil” in his name.
Which was actually made fun of by the writers in the season 5 finale, as a callout to all the fans who thought he was actually evil just because he stood in opposition to the our Rick and Morty.
There’s a difference between being a villain, and being an antagonist. If Eyepatch Morty is evil then our Rick by that logic, should be considered Satan.
Which is ironic considering he outsmarted the literal Devil during season 1, which goes to show you how rotten Rick’s character is if even the actual Devil considers Rick to be a better Satan than him.

Kinda sounds like this was sampled from "Enjoy the silence" Especially @1:20. Joseph William Morgan did a cover of Depeche modes song, and it sounds so very close in certain parts. I remember watching this scene and thats all I could think about. Very good scene.

Literally enslaved his grandpa to force killing ricks and kidnapping and making him look like a terror rick (true he was a rick so a pos but to the point that he wanted to commit suicide through an eye stabbing) then wanting to die by getting beaten up by mortys he was forced to kidnap

What's interesting to note about Evil Morty is while he is Evil by the standard that he y'know, kills and murders hundreds to get his way. His goals aren't explicitly evil, all he wants is just a calm life outside of the constant abuse from Rick, a life where he gets to choose his own destiny. He isn't like other Ricks who only want power over others.
