The actual word Mint misread, "goatee," is a form of facial hair often associated with evil twins and doppelgangers.
The word she misread it as, "goatse," is a photo of a man, seen from behind, bent over and spreading wide his own anus with both hands. During the late 90's and 2000's it was a common internet prank to trick people into clicking a link that would lead to said image, it's web address being goat.se, in the same vein as a Rickroll.
