I think Aljo should take immediate rematch and not get frustrated into rushing the attack (reminded me of Connor getting into Aldo's head KO) If he beats Suga then move up and have a one crack at double champ. If he loses that then give up the 135 belt and stay at 145 and hope that Volk retires. Either way hes got one more shot at 135 before Merab gets a shot and takes over the division.

Jesus Christ thank you for bringing up the food... I can't stand that shit!
Watching Paddy act cute with food and chewing into the microphone has always been so annoying
3:00 Aljamain was saying don't be surprised if you see me back in here competing for a title. Makes a world of difference.
Respectfully Chael said a whole lotta nothing 😂😂
Hell yeah!!! Fired up Chael is the best..
AlJo became alot more likeable and handled himself like a true CHAMPION.... and 100% deserves a run back... 0% he hangs up his gloves 👊👊👊
totally agree! never knew Aljo was gonna be this humble. He gained my respect back.
I heard that as don’t be surprised if he’s champ again
Sean is THAT guy. He’s good. We are witnessing the come up of a star. That being said, he and UFC do not want Aljo anywhere near a rematch.
It's simple; they want to make much money off their investment as they can before he gets beat.
This is such great content. Can't believe it's free
FUCKING AMEN!!! Chael you are much better than Rogan on MMA coverage.
You take us deep into the BITE of a fighter and da biz.
5 Stars, no charge, love ya...
You’d make a perfect shoutin’ Pentecostal preacher. 😆
My boy talking his shit today!! Easily the biggest mma podcaster.
I think that “don’t be surprised if you see me back in here” comment was referring to a rematch with Sean. I think he just wants to go back to the drawing board and correct some things
I agree Unc can’t wait for the rematch
Aljo getting knocked senseless after one round pretty much ensures no rematch.
I remember him eating a pastry but not a pizza and not between questions. Did you watch the same press conference i did? Lol
Chael was born for the mic.
Such an amazing personality
New sub, been a fan since the day you whooped ol Anderson ass lmao 🤣😂😂
Dude im high as fuck and I just realized it seems like you're yelling at me. I'm dying laughing
@0:45
Pereira beat Izzy 3 times in a row, lost the 4th fight, and never got a rematch. The UFC definitely has champ preferences. Pereira barely spoke english, and Aljo is widely disliked.
chael, you are a great fighter lots of respect to you. in your opinion do you think there was something wrong with sterling dropping dazed from that punch just below his eye? when i watch fights with justin gaethje, dustin porier, and many others getting hit in the same area they never drop from it. most fighters only drop when hit on jaw or temple. and this was a thin 135 pounder hitting him while punching moving back without a full foot planted.
LOVE IT WHEN CHAEL SCREAMS AT YOU FOR FULL 10 MIN
Don't take pizza to the frigging press conference!!! 😂
What ever you say has turned out opposite most of the times
I never thought I’d see Chael 10-7 pizza but I’m here for it
Bold of you to assume that I'm not stupid
Unc I think he meant don’t be surprised if he stay at 135
Chael. You and Ariel are the 2 top voices of the UFC no discussion. Suga now is on the projectory to not only be the top bantamweight ppv card in history but the top card ever. If he and Connor get on the same card there won’t ever be a ufc event that large ever
babe wake up chael dropped
Agree. Never been an Aljo fan but the post fight speech made me a fan.
It actually reminded me a bit of Chaels retirement. Not the same thing but both were class acts
Chael's face veins popping out sounding like Macho Man 😂😂 Greatest promoter in history.
I would like Merab and Aljo to switch places. Let Merab fight for the title while Aljo hangs back
Merab doesn't like to switch places, just watch
Wow I love a great Sonnen rant. A+
I think by “back in here” he means back as champion or back in the title picture.
"There's no Pizza!! There's no Pizza in the Post Fight Presser!!"
Lol so funny I thought same thing.. ur doing a press conference put the food down haha
I'm from the opinion that having grace and humility in defeat is probably the most important trait in life to possess! It's easy to be that way when victorious but when defeated you'll see a person's real integrity.
I agree, I too became a fan of Sterling.
I dont think the Ufc will give him rematch and i dont thimk o mally will even fight him again, because Aljo fought over confindent and agreesive with strikes, letting Suga who is an amazing counter stiker the perfect match. Second fight will look boring and more than likely Aljo can win next time. Since he will never get the rematch he should play it off and Boost Mareb as the next future champ and Move up in weight in the process
If this is true then Aljo’s shoulder is bad.
I agree, anywas Aljo wouldn't want to receive that pinch again. That's for fighters who hasn't feel it. Once Onalley hits you, you run.
I’ve been saying no pizza at the post fight press for years now. Glad Chael is shining light on this
Max vs Volk- Usman vs Colby- Izzy vs Everybody- Islam vs Charles- Jones vs DC etc etc not immediate
I can think of 5 off the top of my head championship rematches that where not imitate
Henry 3C
Chad Mendez
Max Halloway
Josh Kos?
Alexander Gustafson
I love Aljo BUT I've been on Suga since DWCS. I think given his reign as champ he deserves an immediate rematch even though its a tall task to beat him twice.
I was thinking the same thing about the food during the interview. I can’t stand hearing people chew 😂. I had to turn it off
Chael : I am laser focused on MMA
Also Chael : what makes the best cheeseburger ? 😂
Chael he did say he wants to fight him right away....and he seemed rather genuine
Aljo was always pure class. The Nelk Boy Full Send types just projected their hate on him for various reasons...some reasons more obvious than others.
He said don’t be surprised if you see me in here and getting that belt. He’s referring to being the champion again.
Ok so 1) in stipe's last 4 fights(counting this one), they were all title fights, 2 of them he was champ the other 2 he didnt fight for a year, while the title was defended and then returned to a title fight 2) Sean is avoiding Aljo and Merab; Aljo was interviewed in the ring minutes after getting tko'd are we really going to take fighters in those moments as gospel? Sean also spoke on the mic first and called for Chito I genuinely believes he deserves the rematch after the chito fight
“I just share for you”
7:12
As much as I love Pot , aliens and the 3 rd reference but I drink my MMA cool aid right here!
If Aldo and Woodley didnt get an immediate, Aljo certainly wont get one. Ufc likes to pick and choose
Chael. We want more videos about French fries
Dude just got knocked out and lost his belt and Chael's most pressing concern is the fighter nourishing himself in between answering reporter questions.
Split decision lost or draw does deserve a rematch! However, when you get knocked down and can’t recover, that’s the nail in the coffin!!
