I read that Serge's Fleurs d'Oranger actually does have nutmeg in it. I struggle with nutmeg but I blind bought it so we will see! If you don't detect it, then I am feeling confident I'll enjoy it.
@@thehonestperfumereviewer6336 I got my decant today and welp it's the tuberose that actually bothers me :/ So I will have to sell the vintage bottle on the way to me lol
@@thehonestperfumereviewer6336 I got a decant from a frag friend then found a vintage bottle for cheap so I bought it when the sample was in route because I thought I was going to love it :(
One of the few mentions of Mandarine-mandarin that I have seen online. I love it as well. I think the orange blossom nestled amongst the smokey tea note and spices in it is bonkers good. Its very complex and has many stages as well.
I really love niche, but Serge Lutens just isn't my house I guess. Or maybe I am not there yet. Have only been into perfumery for three years and my taste keeps evolving. I find most designer fragrances really boring. I have a few still and some exclusifs, but other than that, only niche.
Curious to try Mandarine. I can also recommend santale majuscule, like a warm caramel hug. Fille de Berlin is also pretty interesting…
Great video! L'Orpheline keeps on intrigueing us... might have to get a bottle.... :O

It is very easy to like but I eventually got bored with it and passed it on. This was a while back.

@@TheOddNote That's too bad! You bought a decant and a bottle at the same time?

Love this channel. Keep up the good work, Kicki!
Thank you!

You are right! It is a no-hype fragrance and I don't get it. Maybe it is the bell jar bottle that makes it less interesting?
Fille en Aiguilles = wordplay meaning girl in (pine) needles/girl in stilettos :)
Aha! Thank you.
Just subscribed 💞❤️curious about this house.
Feminite du bois is magnificent
Ok, will try to get my hands and nose on it soon! Thank you!
Regretting selling my l’orpheline. I didn’t understand incense back then… 😢
Niche doesn’t seem to suit you. Maybe stick to department store fragrances or products put out by designers.

@@thehonestperfumereviewer6336 My apologies. I think I was “in a mood” when I wrote that snarky post. 🤒
@@patrickegry5824 Am not so easily-offended but thank you. That was sweet of you to write.
