a few points of "constructive criticism:
    1) you are clearly reading from a script. That makes your speech sound weak and lacking conviction. Practice.
    2) your evaluations lack nuance and context, and your examples are commonplace occurrences. It could be argued that everyone is evil from this list.
    3) be sure when you make these sort of things that they are logically consistent. Do not, for instance, claim a lack of responsibility is a sign of evil, and have half a dozen others blaming others for not making up your failures
    4) you repeat yourself constantly and that makes your oration dull. Spice it up.
    5) some level of quantitative and qualitative analysis must be performed on any of these before passing any judgement. Otherwise, you could be the one passing judgement unfairly or being controlling.
    6) be sure if you follow these suggestions that you do some serious self-evaluation. It could be your own failures and lack of competence that draws ire and ridicule rather than malicious intent.
    7) to continue from point 6, sometimes that harsh criticism is a reality check that you are being extremely foolish and need to self-correct. Sometimes it is a dire warning that you are setting out for a world of hurt. Be sure that you can tell the difference between unfounded criticism and warnings that your own behaviors are risky or unaccepted
    8) be sure to evaluate all adherents of the social sciences with extreme scrutiny. Their methods are often lacking rigor and their conclusions highly questionable outside of the too often extremely narrow scope of their evaluation.
    9) Humans, as a whole, are violent, tribal, and greedy. This can only be suppressed by rules and laws to an extent. Trying to press these base instincts down too far and you risk explosion. Excessive control, as you say, is an evil.
    10) Especially in this age of globalization, be cognizant that differing cultures and ages may not share your values or cultures and will not necessarily perceive things in the same light. Again, context.

I agree. The fact the boss at work was painted as being in the wrong for questioning work is just one very telling part of the issue with this video which seems to have been made by a fairly new adult or teen who has a ways to grow in life as we all have had to do throughout the decades of our lives. Some of this video may have some benefits, of course, but the one presenting this information hopefully will gain more insight through more experience throughout the hopefully numerous decades.
