I took a shower..gave myself a facial and did my nails. It felt great afterwards. I have really bad depression which is the low functioning kind so I don't even shower for 5-7 days every week..I hate that I'm like this but when my self esteem is low I find it so difficult to care. Thank you for being so relatable but also showing those of us not fortunate to be able to afford a therapist or medication a way to happiness xoxox
