No idea when it happened, but that garage looks REAL nice all fully painted. I also like how they did NOT paint over things such as the conduits, and that metal exhaust pipe. Looks so much better when unpainted.

If you have a broken spring that doesn’t mean you need to replace your opener If it’s old garage door opener that’s noisy replace it with a belt drive motor is a dc motor is a whisper drive unit I recognized Your garage worked just fine if the torsion spring breaks then your door will be unbalance and your door will not work don’t run your door opener because a garage door opener has a warrantee that you don’t want to voids replace the motor unit will be expensive
