Hey, when you reach and pass the security check you will find VAT store inside the airport or you can ask any security guard. On the VAT desk you have to show your bill and sealed phone box and then they return the VAT amount excluding 15% tax deduction. Also don’t forget to take VAT bill from the store as many store don’t provide.

On 10th July, I saw a black line and later phone stopped working. There is no physical damage. Samsung customer service in India verified and It is a defective piece. Store where I purchased phone said international warranty works and I am in India now. I went to the Samsung Customer service center and they said warranty is not covered for the product here Please let me know how can we resolve this as it's not even a month I bought the phone. Attached photos of the receipt and phone. The Samsung India site shows that there is warranty but why is that everybody declining that there is no warranty for my mobile. Yes they will accept the cash. Better to use international cards like Niyo. I’ve paid using Niyo Debit card
