Hi Guys! Greetings from Louisiana! Y'all have no idea how much my back thanks you for your awesome videos! On Nov. 20th I strained by lower back and a few days later I had horrific pain radiating down my right leg. It was so painful to walk and to even stand in place. I went to a massage therapist, then went to a Chiropractor, had x-rays, then to an Orthopedic doctor, had an MRI, and I have "bulging disks and compression at L4 & L5 and blah blah blah. NO pain meds or muscle relaxers worked for me so I stopped taking them. The doctor now wants me to start P.T. at his clinic. The P.T. evaluation visit would be $100 and then each P.T. session would be $85 and I think he wants me to go 2-3 x a week for a few months. YIKES! Thank God I found "The 2 most famous physical therapists on the internet" in MY opinion too of course! Y'all have made a world of difference for me in less than one week after suffering with all that pain for almost 2 months!!! Today my pain is pretty much gone just from watching and following your videos. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I cannot thank y'all enough! ❤❤❤

Any possible adaptations for we elder citizens that can't get in those positions? Really need core strengthening. Tried bridging but that really annoyed an old hernia repair. Ugh...aging! LOVED the big screen. SO helpful!! Thank you for always making it better and better.

I went to a wonderful PT lady, but the chickie at the front desk LIED to me, telling my they accepted by insurance, but THEY ARE NOT IN NETWORK, so I cannot afford to go back and pay out of my fixed income pocket!!! So I am now relying on the internet to find exercises like this to strengthen my core. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!

I’ve been doing these for years. Unfortunately, I cannot say it’s helped at all with my lower back pain. There are literally a thousand reasons why you might have back pain. Weak core is but one of a thousand
I don't ever suggest people doing sit ups or crunches because it's bad on your lower back but the way Brad did it is fine because his hands are supporting his lower back. Lots of exercises can workout your core, it's why some say to tightened your abs even as your doing something simple, such as dumbbell curls. For advanced users that want to target I suggest Russian twists and farmer walks. Farmer walks is the most natural way to strengthen your core and you should ALWAYS be using your core just walking, standing, and when sitting up. At first you have to think about it but after 2 to 3 weeks you'll be doing it without thinking.
I have spina bifida but I’ve been resting for nearly two years and I think maybe just maybe my back is weakened ? Because I never had such excruciating back pain but I’m not sure if it’s because I rest too long and it got weak or if it’s because my spina bifida lol I’m not joking idk why it hurts so bad.
This exercise this first exercise would be very bad for any woman with pelvic organ prolapse. Don’t know if you’ve ever considered your physical therapy exercise is based on female anatomy pelvic organ prolapse.

I tried doing side planks and now my shoulders are screwed up. So I would say be cautious with them.
You did them wrong. Most people will do them right, so no need to worry.
I learned the Bird-dog from Bob & Brad about six weeks ago, and
now i can hold the position with ease.

Yes. I fractured my entire spine and had every disk ripped out. They eventually removed my spine. I can still do these
