when i was in 1st year of tech. high school (21yrs ago) 0we had to do 6hrs of factory metal working practice each week. Can't believe this same model is still in production. But i'm glad i saw something from my hometown here, even if it failed:) Thanks, Bill
your joy, was honestly the BEST part. I had the exact same thought as you showed the key and keyway - sigh, that looks like a major pain trying to work individually at 14 pins, all on 1 side. Then that rake and Bam - I giggled out loud! Well done! You never cease to amaze!
My agency locksmith taught me, "first time is luck, second time is skill." You, sir, are very, very skillfull. Pleasure to watch and listen to. You are an ambassador to the community.
That undshimmable spring loaded pawl design is brilliant - it doesn’t cost any extra to produce, it gives the same ease of use, and totally defeats the attack method.
Glad I didn't pull the trigger on this one! I'd even emailed the company asking if they had seconds as it aint a cheap lock. So happy to see it picked :)
I have the Multi Lock version of this padlock which is pin in pin. I have never picked it but I have yet to conquer any dimple lock, even the most simple locks. Great info on how to attack them Bill, but mine won't be getting attacked any time soon as I lost ,my brand new Sparrows dimple picks during moving house, along with other lock and non lock related items. I have to say about them, that the input Lock Picking Lawyer gave to Sparrows in order to help them make a good dimple pick was really helpful ( I have not come across a video you may have done, if any so apologies for not giving credit if it is due). I am useless at dimple locks at the moment but felt like I was getting somewhere the 3 or 4 times I got to use them. Really informative video Bill, keep them coming.
Picking skill needed 1. Gutting skill needed 10,000,000,000,000. That is one tricky lock to gut. Just bag it up in it's rows and send it to LPL to put back together 😁😂. Nice video Sir. 👍👍👍🤘🤘🤘🔓
I would like to see the reassembly process. Great job getting it open, like you have always said, raking is playing the game of odds. With that many pins and raking it twice back to back, you sir should buy a lottery ticket. Thanks for the video Mr Bill.
That was awesome, right need to find my codkey never had success in SPPing it but I've never tried raking it eather. Always fun to watch you make a mess Bill :D

When you want to remove pins, once your first stack is out, then place a drill bit in that hole to keep the rest of the pins lined up for removal and the sleeve stationary.

I would love to put this back together. Assuming all the pins are kept in order. Seems it's a matter of putting in the casing, inserting the 4 and 5 pins through the long slot on each side then sliding the shell home to replace the 1-3 pins next. Only tricky part would be pushing down all the springs before rotating the shell.
Bill, you can get translation apps, you just point yer fone-camera at foreign word/s and it gives you the English version, Google Play store or Apple app store will have a bunch to choose from.✌🏼👍🏼
Very interesting inner cores, never seen anything like it before. It's like you will need a degree in patience to put that back together. Now that would make an amusing video.
Haha, thats impressive! I don't know why, but there is something so satisfying about raking a lock open, kinda like a "haha, take that you stupid lock!" situation. It just NEVER gets old does it? Nice work Bill!
An extraordinarily complex, BAD padlock. Fascinating. A heavy hammer might break those pawls and pop it open with a single whack. I doubt MultiLock and Abloy are losing sleep over this one.

🥳 I just found my dremel I couldn't find for like 3 months and made 2 picks... I tried the new take I just made on a lock I can open but takes me a while. LITERALLY DIDN'T EVEN GET STARTED RAKING YET!! lol that's crazy! Actually one of if not my favorite takes is another snake I made it was the 1st pick I ever had/made its elongated as well but not as much as this one... I've made them all out of windshield wiper blades... just had to share cuz we both got a totally unexpected open you with a new lock me with a new pick that we both just got/made!
Surprised you raked it TWICE! With so many pins and cuts inside the core. I'm wondering, would it be possible if they used deferent type of springs in the core.
Well done. You would think that with all those pins etc, you just wouldn't have a chance u know. But you picked it soo fast x2times, with the worm rake..Excellent, a can see it will be awkward to put it back together again, but Good Video..at least it was lubed up lol..ur fingers were covered in it. .lol..Well Done Bill.

Easy to pick, hard to gut. Seems backwards to me. BTW, I see that gutting may occasionally require some good standard tools (e.g., screwdriver, probe and needle-nosed pliers). Do you have favorite brands? Also, what size(s) is/are good to have around?
I have a BEST SFIC six pin padlock, no security pins. It’s mastered, with the easy G keyway. I’ve been able to pick it to operating by raking and single pin, but I can’t manage to pick control. Any suggestions?

Surprised you raked it😵 I know id really hate to be the person who assembles them in the factory 😂 I'd prob file the slot in the sleeve to make it somewhat easier to reassemble 😁
Could be but the slot doesn't leave the 4th pin chamber open. So the outer collar isn't put on and then rotated. Must be a lot more complicated than that but I can't think how. Rotating seems to catch the springs too, if Bill's experience is any guide.
Get a sleeve of the right size,, make a longitudinal cut down one edge, and bend one end out until it is 3/4 of a circle and the rest continues on the tangent from there. Fit one set of pins and springs, then roll the core in the modified sleeve to retain them and reveal the next set. when done, slide the core out of that modified sleeve and onto the original one.
Hey Bill, i can give you a free lesson in Bulgarian swearwords before you start the re-assembly. It would be more authentic this way ;)
It would probably help! I've run out of English, Bosnian and German ones...😋
Make a video reply too!
Bulgarian takes swearing to a whole different level. English translations just don't do it justice lol.

For a lock with all those parts it was raked in a flash. Amazing job! 👍🏻

Sometimes the odds can be near certainly, more pins does not always make a lock hard to rake.

Bosnian Bill. Some of the most famous hands on the internet. Lol. Love your videos.
That lock was sick... with all its parts... I was shocked that you picked it so easily.
Given the relative ease of raking it, one suspects the designer just hates lock smiths.
You are the master raker. It seems all you have to do is rake any lock and it opens.
