Aurelius Venport was the true mentor of Norma Cenva, initially convincing her mother Zufa to let her travel to planet Poritrin to use her incredible scientific prowess working with Tio Holtzman. Venport was later also her partner and father to their son, Adrien Venport. Holtzman was in reality more of a grifter who claimed Norma's research ownership starting with the suspensor field and more famously the Holtzman's effect equation to fold space.
Will do, thanks for the feedback. Just curious, is it distracting/confusing because its a different franchise? Or what's the reasoning? I thought itd be okay to cross clips because it's character(s) we dont have visual resources for, so it's okay to just use other media sources. Or was the problem over-use? Like its okay to use it for showing a space fleet, but not for describing characters?
@@Explained_In_Minute. In my case, me being very visual, putting SW images whilst explaining Dune really scrambles my brain. SW clips are just as bad as using clips from The Wizard of Oz or Red October, being vaguely science fiction is irrelevant, they are just wrong. I listened to this again, without watching the clips, and the information is very good and informative. If you don’t have enough clips, maybe just work in some stills to fill the time but they must be of Dune. Hope this helps.
Sorry to everyone that found this video frustrating to watch due to me using Star Wars visuals! I appreciate the feedback, gonna try re-do the video sticking to in-universe assets, and won't be mixing assets from now on in videos.
I like what your saying the horrible star wars(they should've left it alone after the first 3 )the real ones) visuals are a huge disney disappointment.
Alternate Video without star wars clips:

Centuries she says....how about 15 millenia.
Please stop using Star Wars clips to explain Dune
