TODAY'S RECIPE IS Moon Cookies Recipe Without Oven | Homemade Chocolate Cookies Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Butter 1/4 cup
Sugar 1/3 cup
1 small egg
Mix well
All purpose flour 3/4 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Cocoa powder 1/4 cup
Mix well
Dough form
Roll the dough
Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
After 5 mins place the tray
Cook it on medium low flame for 15-25 mins
Or bake in a preheated oven at 170c for 15-25 mins
Let it cool down
Melted white chocolate
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

At 0:22 that looks like powdered sugar, not crystalized sugar. I realize you don't live in the USA, but do you call "powdered sugar" "sugar"? I've never heard of any country on the planet that calls confectioner's sugar, aka powdered sugar, aka 10X sugar, just plain ol' "sugar."
Using the wrong sugar leads to massively different results, since confectioner's sugar/powdered sugar/10X sugar has a bit of cornstarch in with the very fine, tiny sugar crystals, and regular sugar has nothing added.
