The phone call convos were really well done. You can legitimately believe its a scared, confused kid trying her best to keep it together and a frantic mother desperately doing everything she can over the phone to re-assure her child that everything will be alright in the middle of a zombie apocalypse situation.

Well the game suffers from a problem which is the shaky camera, it can get annoying, however it's a fairly long game for a Resident Evil title and it covers a big part of the RE history, the events in RE2, the events in Code Veronica and the story between Leon and Krauser. If you played and enjoyed Umbrella Chronicles then you'll surely enjoy Darkside Chronicles as well, plus it's cheap for a RE title even if it's a few years old.

Scarlet Sho Fair enough, but I still wish she'd sound a bit less over-the-top. I mean c'mon, even Sherry sounds calmer than her. But then again, this is Resident Evil, so over-the-top voice acting is probably mandatory.
Chu Chow After RE4, everything seems to be unnecessarily convoluted. Not that the acting in the original RE trilogy was spectacular but if you look at cutscenes from later itinerations (especially RE6) you notice how everything is over exaggerated. Never ending bioterrorism (and because of current geopolitical implications sounds like a lot of fear mongering propaganda), attacks there here, weapon wielding "zombies" and all kinds of wacky shit. It seems like CAPCOM gave up on the idea of legitimate bioweaponry into the realm of "How can we make the game more outrageous than the last?" I guess I'm too old school, I like the idea of the zombie as presented in 1-3 + CV. I heard somewhere that silent characters in Vidyas help with the immersion factor, as in the player identifies him/herself more. So maybe that's why the originals were better. As for Scarlet Sho's point, I agree. Hordes of people snacking on each other? Check. Waddling in waist high shit water while battling giants spiders? Double check. Cockroaches the size of PS4s? Shit, I quit, pass me the Kool-Aid.

No you don't, but very hard is easier actually, you'll have a lot more weapons upgraded and the linear launcher which makes all levels pretty easy compared to hard where I started from scratch. Plus you don't need to get S rank on very hard you just need to complete all chapters.

Seriously, there's a file in RE6 which says Sherry was only let out of the government's custody after Wesker's death.
That was actually true. During the development of resident evil 4, the game underwent a long development time during which four proposed versions of the game were discarded. One of them was widely known as the "hook man version", which footage of it on e3 2003 can be seen. that was pretty interesting. And another version, which was set full of demons, this version eventually became Devil may cry.

Well, I equip it the longest way compared to the guy playing in this video. For the wii, I press on the "-" to get to the weapon screen, or inventory, where you'll find it unequipped. I swap out one of my equipped guns that I have, then I'm ready to go.
