Policing your own. Great advice and what I've been saying for a long time.

"Police your own!" This is brilliant advice from Larry to a community facing a lot of scrutiny currently. Sadly, the standard of police officer is at an all time low in these United States. We need to invest in the best possible training and higher salaries for these men and women so as to attract the highest caliber of recruit. After all, they are the ones who stand between us and the ever-growing evil in this world.

Thanks for this. You learn so much from these. Things that pertain to your own training journey. I stopped in the middle to post this. When Larry said to LEO's to police their own. That, to me, is probably the best solution to what's going on today. We ask a tremendous amount from the police today. Probably not all are up to the task. That is the best way to figure out who is. This is very cool. Thanks again.

What about some videos on what most older men as myself have - hunting guns and which types would be best for home defense etc. 12 gauge, 410, bolt action rifles, 30-30 lever, bush side carry 357 or 44 mag rev.... To use what we have.

Great series, lots of good content. The negative points said about red dots on pistols are exactly the same negative arguments made about them being used on carbines back in the day. I think the day is coming when red dot equipped pistols will be just as common as red dots on carbines. Looking forward to the next video.

Off topic request but you know what I would really love to see in one of you videos a full blown torture test of the FN SCAR I've been looking online for some of those and they are not all out put all together into one video and I'm curious to see how it would stand up against a FAL or an AK hope to hear from you thanks.

Accuracy of x95: just got one in for a customer. Then read about accuracy issues. I saw a review and commented that it appeared they put a bushing or something on the front and it probably contacts the barrel, and maybe does so irregularly or inconsistently. Obviously w free floating barrels improving accuracy, periodically tagging the barrel near where a bipod would mount had the opposite effect and ruins harmonics. So the reviewer did a followup after removing that bushing and the accuracy significantly improved. I have an SAR-21. Didn't get to test the X95 when it came in.

    Great video series.
    How do you define "warrior?"
I am curious because I thought that warriors, who risk so much, would be highly concerned with the politics that determine their deployment.
The "police your own" advice was so right on. I appreciate your perspective.

MoreAmerican they actually mean regardless if there country's are against each other they still respect each other's military, like there Delta and the guy in Russia is most likely spetsnaz even thou our country's supposedly hate each other and it's people warriors meaning the military combat troops and Special ops guys from each country can still respect each other no matter the politics at hand.

From the LE point of view, it is difficult to get some out until admin. sees a continuing course of conduct that is unacceptable. Takes lengthy documentation to get them out. I've seen it happen, but not until the damage was done.

Question : already own glock 19 and pump mossberg 500 in 12g, really torn between picking up colt competition 1911 or ar15. What are your suggestion LAV?

    • @sonnygunz9207
      @sonnygunz9207 8 років тому +2

Not LAV but.... I'd build an AR15 over a comp 1911. You'll be good as far as pistol/rifle/shotgun. It will be easier to find a comp 1911 over any ar15 or parts with the election coming. Build the AR while you can brother. Good luck.

For 9mm, Federal HST 147gr takes the cake. 124+p, 124, 147+p if it HST you'll be just fine. I've fired 1,000's of 9mm , 40cal, .357sig, .45acp federal HST and would take it over all others. That said gold dots are great too. My experience testing ranger 127+p+ was nothing to write home about.

I appreciate the comments about the Spetsnaz guys. Is it not *obvious* to all that Special Ops guys have FAR MORE in common than the politics have differences? I say that they are "opposames" (same personality types speaking different languages, shooting different weapons and wearing different camouflage).
    Thanks.

Don't you shoot better with a magnified optic? Isn't it semantics? Say there's a human sized target at 250m. You will shoot better with a 3-10x glass because you can see the torso or shirt or belt or necklace. Unless you have Parkinson's.
