Walleye are a bycatch when fishing pikeminnow. I haven't pursued the bounty but tend to find pikeminnow a bycatch at times while fishing walleye.
Not to mention but the Columbia R.has giant walleye fishing

You can catch squawfish aka “pike minnow” while fishing for bass and walleye. I catch them all the time. Come on out to Washington and get paid for your incidental catch!
What does one use to catch a pikeminnow? Lure? Net? I could use the money with inflation and all.
They will eat just about anything. I’ve caught them on just about any bass lure Ive thrown. A lot of people like to use bait such as crawlers or eggs.
