what i do not understand is, is it continually scanning the environment and adjusting? or is it sampling and adjusting only when you go back into edge mode in the app to have it resample.

Thanks for posting your question. If you are running the latest firmware for Genesis AI (8.4.0), once Edge Mode+ is engaged, it will continuously scan and adapt.

@@starkeyhearingaids thank you, i called support yesterday about this and they said it does not, they said you have to run it again to have it scan and recalibrate for each environmental change (like someone turning on a fan etc..
