Totally agree! For me, neutral never means boring, especially if the IEM has an accurate, highly detailed sound. It means it faithfully reproduces what I'm listening to. If I listen to something fun, it will sound fun.
Excellent review. I also have the Mk2 and the Pilgrim. I agree totally with your conclusions. The Studio 4 is a stand out in its own right. Definitely in my top 10
Studio 4 vs Blessing 3 vs Dusk vs Hype 4? My favorite iems are hexa and performer 5. I love vocals, clarity, detail, and technicality. Bass warmth is a nice bonus but not a must.
Watch this review while using Studio4. Oh my god, I love this iem even more than Monarch MK2, SA6 MK2 and U4S. I'm not saying this iem is better (obviously not), but it's as if there's magic that always makes me come back to listen to it. I use the included eartips and if they fit properly into my ears properly I won't feel any pressure build up. Great review. Love it ❤️

An considering this as my next Daily Driver for Commute and On-The-Go due to its excellent isolation and (theoretically) all-rounded. Do you think the imaging and staging for Studio 4 would makes it suitable for FPS Gaming as well?
Yes, of course. But there are other IEMs that have better staging, but they will not give you the isolation and clarity of the Studio 4. I would choose the Studio 4 as an all rounded solution.
Hi AT, you have mentioned your liking of the IE600 - how would you compare them to the IEMs in this review? I was a bit overwhelmed by the bass but found details really nice on the IE600. I also do like the comfort of them, I could not bear the Blessing 3 nozzle. Thanks for a message!
Hey there, I like the bass on the IE600 as well. Out of all the IEMs I mentioned in the video, I'd say the IE600 has the best bass. The SA6 MK II comes in a close second. It's a bit V-shaped but offers impressive detail retrieval and technicalities. It has more technicalities than the Studio 4 but less than the SA6 MK II. I love the IE600 for its unique, well-executed sound. Sometimes I want something that's not neutral but still sounds great, fun, and detailed enough for me to enjoy, and the IE600 fits that description perfectly. It's fantastic for rock, metal, and EDM. The Studio 4 is less detailed, more neutral, and has less bass. The SA6 MK II excels in technicalities, detail retrieval, clarity, and air, and it sounds wider too.
Hi Sir, Thank you for the comments! I‘d say then with the S4 offering less details lets the SA6 then be the one option. But considering your description of technicalities, the Pilgrim also seems better than the IE600, albeit soundstage maybe a tie from your elaboration. I have to admit I am unworthy of the 600’s base😅, so I likely can live with a more subtle lower end. Thank you in any case for your commentary!
hi @ATechReviews , can you please compare studio4, pilgrim, dusk analog, and mega5est? which of these would you trust most for studio mix/mastering and accurate neutrality? which has best transients/dynamics and imaging?
I'll share my thoughts, but keep in mind it's just my opinion. Out of the four IEMs you mentioned, I find the Studio 4 to be the most neutral and accurate. It sounds incredibly natural and realistic, almost like real life. The Pilgrim has similar transients and imaging and is more detailed and has higher resolution, but I think the Studio 4 is more accurate and neutral overall. Here's how I'd rank them: 1. Studio 4 2. Pilgrim 3. Dusk Analog 4. Mega5est
@@Atechreviews thanks much! does the studio4 have better transients/dynamics (attack/decay speed, particularly in the bass) and imaging than the pilgrim?

@@Atechreviews hi! recently got the studio4 based on your advice! i was wondering what 3rd party ear tips you would recommend to use with these, which does not ruin the sound, or better improves it?
Is Studio 4 an ideal IEM for Music Production as well as Mix & Mastering? Also, my music production is based on Trance music, which is a bass-heavy style of music. Do you recommended?
Yes, it’s ideal if you’re looking for a neutral sound signature and balanced bass. It won’t exaggerate the bass like some other IEMs. The Studio 4 has a natural, neutral sound signature. If your music has a lot of bass, it will still come through as intended.
Im currently using tanchjim origin and I really ike this iem, a lot. My only complain is its poor noise isolation. Do you think Studio 4 is an upgrade over tanchjim origin? Id love to hear comparison between these two. Thanks in advance.
Yes, absolutely. The noise isolation of the Studio 4 is the best I've ever experienced. The big difference between them is the detail retrieval, instrument separation, and passive noise isolation.
How would you compare the Davinci to these? Especially imaging and soundstage based off its slightly recessed treble. Mostly curious as to how the Lites compare since they are the cheapest on the list.
The Studio 4 offers a significantly wider soundstage and much more accurate imaging, making a noticeable difference. The vocals and mid-range on the Studio 4 are also more forward without sounding shouty. Instruments are more clear and separated. Its treble is among the best I've ever heard in the under $1k category-very realistic, never splashy, harsh, or sibilant in any way. The vocals are natural and incredibly detailed. The Studio 4 has a neutral sound with neutral bass, while the DaVinci has strong bass that makes the lower mid-range sound warmer and fuller. The Studio 4 excels in mid-range, treble, soundstage, detail retrieval, instrument separation, sound isolation, and comfort.
