- 🚙 Drive America's Highways for 23 miles north along US 95 from Interstate 40 west of Needles to the Nevada border in California 🌵
➡ Along this route, US 95 overlaps the old Route 66 and at one time was signed as Route 66. This concurrency ends about a minute and a half into the video.

US-95 will pass through 3 unincorporated towns in Nevada and they are: Palm Gardens, just north of California border, Ari-Nev-Cal, and Searchlight in Clark County in Nevada. In the next 10 years from now, it will building up to a bigger towns of a small cities. Nevada will be the fastest growing state with a population of approximately 3,377,850 by the year 2020, and Clark County is no exception. That is about 30 people per square miles throughout Nevada as of today.
I remember when I drove on this highway, that was the first time I ever experienced those long straight american roads thru the desert. Nothing comes close to this in Europe.
I've been to europe 3 times and have yet to drive a kilometer of euro-roads! Always in a taxi, train or metro...or on foot.
Maybe next time, I'll rent a car and plop a gopro on and record some of the euro highways :)
I'm a truck driver in Europe I've been to pretty much everywhere in the EU. French and Spanish roads are the closest to this minus the desert. Some parts of Spain look like the Mojave, but nothing like Glamis dunes or salt flats.
Strap a gopro to your glass and share the road :)
I'm trying to get my dutch friend to do the same.
Maybe one day I'll do it.
I wonder why this road is so hilly, bumpy, and small on the Cali side but immediately grows and smoothens as you cross the NV state line.
Beautiful driving scene. My only worry is car going out in the middle of nowhere! 😬😌🚗
