Hi Donna, it is just a Wood circle (mdf) I have painted it black. If you wanting to do this for outside you could cut a circle from cement sheeting. Yes any silicone glue will work, I just like this one for it convenient size. 😇

Hi are you referring to the centre piece?. If so they are florisrty stamens and glass beads. 🤗
