    Thanks for your videos! I love them. You mentioned putting some stained glass slivers in the rock tumbler. Do you have a video covering that? I'd like to try it!

      I thought I had one. I pop my slivers into a tumbler with just water. I use the back and forth rotation for about 20 minutes

    Hi Sonja! Thanks for this beautiful flower demonstration. May I ask what is that glue that you are using? Is sold in the USA?

      Sorry as I’m using an Aussie adhesive. It’s a thick silicone/polymer combination

    What adhesive did you use?

    • @SonjaMosaics
      @SonjaMosaics  4 місяці тому +1

      Thick polymer or hybrid silicone mostly

    I tried this with Lexel elastic sealant (USA). I may not have used enough. My petals are falling flat. Plus the adhesive stuck to the plastic wrap. I'll try to add globs of adhesive under each petal when adhering to the base to push them up. I cut off excess plastic wrap but some remains in the adhesive center. If you have other suggestions, I'm open.

      I’m not familiar with US adhesives. The one I use is really thick so thanks can stand and it doesn’t stick to plastic - ours is called glad wrap.

    Is the flexible glue. The roof and gutter caulk or sealant?

    • @SonjaMosaics
      @SonjaMosaics  10 місяців тому

      Check the packet to see if it’s flexible - keep in mind it’s a personal preference. Lots of people choose cement based adhesive rather than silicone or polymer sealants. Flexible adhesive reduces risk of breakage. But it still might happen
