    Those portions would cause a riot in Africa 😂, unless it's free but I love the Idea as a taster, an introduction type of deal to people unfamiliar with the grub.

      There is nothing called African food . Africa is a continent with 54 coutries and about 3000 tribes with a great many cusines and culture .

      All the cuisines from the 54 (55?) countries joined together make up ‘African food,’ food that is eaten in Africa, just as you have Continental food which is food from Europe.

    Lovely!!! Non Nigerian but proud of him!! At least he allowed people to taste the food how it was supposed to be! No watering down the food!!!

    WOW!!!!
    I absolutely am proud of the way he’s plated these dishes in a fine dining style. People like to complain about portions but this isn’t the point - you need to appreciate this style of plating and class to understand it!
