West Coast Chamois Hunting | Southern Alps, New Zealand
Вставка
- Опубліковано 8 бер 2021
- With four days available and a dodgy weather forecast Raddy and Mitch set off into the Southern Alps in search of Raddy's first chamois buck. Watch along as they camped the tops through rain, hail, snow and shine traversing some beautiful New Zealand mountains in the backcountry.

I just love watching your video's guys, so please keep on making them.
Sadly I came to hunting quite late in life, spending most of it shooting
competition muzzle loading clay targets.
I still get out, but the legs won't get me up to those heady hights, like you guys.
Your camera quality is right up there and the commentary is great too.
All I can say now is : "More Please".
THANX.
Great stuff, guys. Pure gold, and very professional videos. Good on you. I recall bagging my first chamois in Feb. 1973 in the mountains behind Fairlie. It was a great thrill and pride to finally nail one of those nibble animals. A very nice hide on it and horns were about 10". Got more chamois during following trips.
Way to go boys...loving your attitudes and outlooks...keep the vids coming ;-)
Cheers mate, plenty more to come!

Awesome great to see still good numbers of chamois still around. I would love to see you guys do a wallaby trip in central Otago that would be mint
We're thinking about heading south for a bit of pest control! I spent a lot of my teens with the .223 in hand shooting wallabies, it'd be a bit of a trip down memory lane.
@@southislandriflewalkers5545 I have shot wallabies around Rotorua I have always wanted to head south and get a few of the big ones down there as the ones in Rotorua are not much bigger than rabbits ha ha
I love the chat around wether Ratty should shoot the Chamois. Plus has his mother seen the video? 😀
Hahah I'm not sure she has 😂
