Raag Kamod is one of my latest favourite ragas and also very difficult raga to play on flute. My grandfather pt Venkatesh Godkhindi ji and father Pt Pravin Godkhindi ji have played this raga on flute in Gayaki Ang i.e. how a vocalist would present this raga.
I've tried to present a Bada Khyal "Mati Maalaniya" in taal Vilambit Jhoomra and very famous Chota Khyal bandish "Kaare jaane Na Doongi". On tabla is my dear friend @IshaanGhoshOfficial . A very special baithak at my house with almost all young Hindustani musicians of Bangalore were present.
