Thanks to your lesson I'm picking all John's Primes songs I used to thumb strum it took me a couple of weeks during shutdown but it finally started working for me thanks again

Good lesson, but he definitely doesnt just play a straight D in the chorus. I think its a Dmin7 with an F# at the bottom. Not sure. But its definitely not straight D.

Are you picking these strings on the G chord - 6,3,4,234? C chord - 5,3,4,2,3,4? I’m hearing 7 notes as opposed to these 6. Thank you for this lesson.
