The recipe is 1 cup sugar 3egg whites 1/4 tsp cream of Tartar and any amount of salt from 1/2 tsp -1/8

Ok guys here's a tip from me: I made this meringue it was perfect and fluffy but in the end I added cocoa powder to make it chocolate flavored and it instantly melted 😭😭 so please don't add anything just keep it simple

I made this yesterday, I don't have a thermometer either. What I did is I put it on the double boiler and when the water started boiling I whisked for 7 minutes and then put it on the mixer to whip ❤
