I usually go to IOCL pumps only for my fuel requirements. That is why I applied for the RBL Xtra IndianOil card, but RBL rejected my application 😅, even though I am holding credit cards from HDFC, Amex, SBI and StanChart. I suppose I will need to open a savings account with RBL first.
wrong info, U won't get rewards if one make txn below 2k on upi. It doesn't applies on card txn

Capping of 2000RPs/month means maximum13000INR petrol per month you can get rewarded
Since for other categories we have other cards that give better value any decent student of cars academy would not reach the milestone of 75000 in four months.
Also in a year maximum value of petrol that we can fill is about 1,56,000. So annual fee will be rendered.
So maximum benefit that I've can get in a year with a 7.5% valueback is 5.6%
24,000RPs~12000₹-1770=₹10230
So ideal case scenario annual valueback should be 10230 for 156000 i.e. 6.5%
If your fuel spending is 5000pm valueback would be 4.5%
Fuel surcharge waiver never comes into calculation of return for any decent student of care academy
This is the calculation and analysis that we want. Not just parroting of card features
Worst card, i have it and didn’t receive any reward after swiping 5k in Indi and oil petrol pump.

This card looks better on direct cashback but SBI BPCL Octane card gives cashback on grocery and dinning + Amazon sales. so, If fuel spending are same RBL card saves 100 INR extra each month only

My slavia need 95 RON and it is majorly available in Iocl . Hpcl has very limited locations and bpcl has not locations.

Same thing happened with me...they are not willing to disburse the reward points(Bharat Gas Booking through BPCL app)...after continuous follow up they did...need to keep an close eye on statement..
Sometime they do not provide the 1% waiver also..
