Lacey is an alto, Jen sounds like a mezzo to me, so I’m not surprised that she sings in a slightly lower key. Lacey sounds great, actually healthier than I’ve heard her in a while. Jen will be back soon, she has a special dynamic in the band of course, after more than 10 years being a member.
This song is my favourite Skillet song, Jens vocals are incredible in not gonna die. So it is weird for me to see as Jens my fav skillet member. But I’m seeing Skillet in December and I can’t wait to see this live
I though Lacey sounded great and so did the fill-in drummer. It can’t be easy to fill in and sing someone else’s songs. I know they rehearse but a few days of rehearsal doesn’t compare to several years of live performing of a song.
Lacey is absolutely amazing and the drummer is doing great. But it's not the same with Jen. To me she's just a diamond in the rough in the music industry. She is just a unique talent.

@@craigime It takes more than simply wanting to do a song to include it in the setlist. They have to program a light show, set up specific equipment, not to mention rehearse...
