This song reminds me so much of my favourite alternative pop-rock Australian band, the Church. It has an ethereal dreamy type vibe. It posseses an ambient tonal similarity to the Church's 'After Everything' song from their 'After Everything Now This' album. I doubt that Molly intended to do a Church like song.... but she definitely has done so! I wonder if she listened to any of the band's songs before doing this.
@@danplocinski9273 You obviously don't know the Church.. they're basically one of the most talented bands that ever came out of the land down under... but fuck, I have to admit, how did that comparison come up while listening to Molly?? I'll never know...
@KairosGymnos I agree i wouldn't compare her to the Church.. but I can easily say the Church has at least 5 really good albums with a wealth of material the masses I guess missed out on. The band doesn't care though because up until very recently, they were having the time of their lives touring. 5 good tracks vs 4 decades of music is no comparison at all.
@KairosGymnos You obviously don't know the band at all.. and their latest album release is as phenomenal as it gets (eclipsing Milky Way btw) but that's okay, not my loss. Cheers!
Love this the song & video for it reminds me of how MTV was in the 90s and this band rocks I love this music the coldwave style because unlike divas singing crazy outranged high pitched too perfect ballads the genre of coldwave genre of music is exactly what is heard here... just amazing & the great thing here is coldwave genre understands that nothing is perfect their are things like that make the song unique
Did Molly play all the instruments herself for this track or does the video accurately depict her musical collaborators for this song? How can I find out who the collaborators are? If there are collaborators, then this song marks a significant deviation from her typical MO of composing and performing songs by herself. I recognize that she has other songs that feature a few other performers (the saxophonist in 1995 for one).
Electric Bass - Sean Nicholas Savage (tracks: A4, B2) Electric Guitar - Sean Nicholas Savage (tracks: B4, B5) Lacquer Cut By - ST (15) Saxophone - Katja Navarra (tracks: B5) Written-By, Producer - Molly Nilsson the album credits she does 99% herself

I assume you're saying this because you haven't listened to the lyrics. Or you don't know what a metaphor is.

She should talk to the NRA to see what they tell her.
They would tell her to F-Off...I gave up talking to the NRA...selfish and they are always right and don't care about anything else except metal.
Great music but Molly is a antifa sympathizer so I am torrenting the music instead of paying for it.

Wow. This is boring.
