Very nice! Amount of detail is amazing and almost no glue! Love it. One suggestion and easy add-on, there are magnesium magnets and a coil in the laser head and there is a strong magnetic field while playing a CD. If you mount a little magnesium magnet under the pick-up element, it will follow the laser! I have tried this already with a magnet on a plastic case and it moves when the laser moves. Very fun, so the arm follows the track like a regular player. ;-)

Very good job. Loved the attention to the small details like the metal strips around the cabinet and on the feet. Also great ingenuity to think of using platter drive motor from a HDD as a bearing and mount assembly for the tonearm. Maybe if you also connected the digital output to an RCA socket on the back you could use it as your main CD player connected to a digital amp!
