    Does the vacant lot have its own entrance gate,just in case the property featured has been sold?

      oo nga mejo oer priced sya.. lalo yung 17 million na katabing lot nya na 1750 sq meters

      fair po yung price kasi sobrang advantanges or strategical ang location... bawing bawi mo gastos... actually sa san juan elyu sobrang mahal ang lupa 7k to 10k per sqm .. vigan din 5k to 7k per sqma... imagine you have 11,000 sqma X price per sqm... million na hehehe may bayad din sa real estate broker or location finder na 5% ... estate tax process plus etc etc

    The layout is just horrible.
