Of course you can donate visiting the registered office at Rishikesh only. There are many fraudulent website collect money in the name of Sivananda Ashram but they are not the main branch at Rishikesh as featured in my video. Being a 100th batch student of Yoga Vedanta Forest Academy I am an integral part of Divine Life Society and Sivananda Ashram. I repeat the given site link is the official Ashram Link. You can write to the register for booking the room etc. but the Ashram charges no money for the accommodation and food and staying there is absolutely free. So don't try any transaction.
