Swami Dayananda Ashram, Rishikesh is famous as spiritual hub, was established during the 1960s by Swami Dayananda Saraswati, who is a globally renowned teacher of Vedanta and foremost scholar of Sanskrit. The Ashram is situated on the banks of the Holy Ganga, in an exclusive location, but not far from the airport and rail stations. Dehradun Airport is situated 21 Kms away from the ashram while Rail Station is 3 Kms away.
In addition, throughout the year, regular retreats take place on Vedanta, Yoga and other subjects by Arsha Vidya Teachers who bring their students for specified periods and conduct classes.
