Great to see u back. Everything takes time to heal especially with issues in our head. I'm not a qualified life coach but I've been thru enough childhood trauma and as a adult to say things will get better over time. U are taking all the right steps slowing down your life a bit and also sharing your story with us. The bikes are great medicine whatever u ride to just get out smell and feel the sunshine and take your mind off all the things inside your head. Look forward to seeing more episodes take care
